Tenna lets you control more with visibility from the machine level to the project, all the way up to your whole company. The result is that you make more money with better own, move, buy/rent decisions, higher utilization and more predictable days.

Tenna helps clients track all their equipment, tools, vehicles and assets easily, on one consolidated platform.
It uses the Internet of Things (IoT) and customized QR tags or GPS & Bluetooth trackers to track equipment on one integrated app via the cloud.

Tenna software lets users track any asset’s location, status, and availability, get automatic inventories, manage maintenance, assign assets to projects or sites, and see real-time analytics. Users can route vehicles, request service, track the movement of equipment, and buy or sell assets from other Tenna users.

Key benefits of Tenna

Each time an asset is scanned or transmits data, the precise location, time of the scan, is captured.

With our QR code and GPS trackers, even more data can be captured, such asset operational data, usage, availability, value, location and history.

Asset data is presented in a dashboard in real time, with a satellite map to pinpoint asset locations.

The online marketplace allows users to sell or rent out equipment which is no longer required, and buy or rent new equipment and materials.

Pros

Tenna has a GPS tracking tool which is really excellent and helped me a lot, as it is easy to integrate and set up.

Pros

Easy to use platform, good range of tracker types for all applications

Cons

Needs Spanish version, needs a better report for driver metrics- i.e. speeding report, harsh braking etc... cost is high

Overall, I thought the team with Tenna was helpful and responsive. The biggest issue was the time it takes setting everything up and getting up and running, getting our field team to be comfortable using the app and put all the information necessary.

Pros

I really like the integrations it has with other tools and software systems. It also has a good mobile app, and I felt the service help and setup team was very helpful.

Cons

There was a decent level of learning curve to using Tenna. Also the setup was pretty extensive in terms of getting the trackers installed on all our assets. Also in some scenarios there was dependence on internet connections which can be an issue in some of our more remote locations.

Alternatives Considered

Asset Panda

Reasons for Switching to Tenna

We liked the implementation team, cost and options for trackers versus Asset Panda. It fit our business better.
