However, our April invoice reflected a charge of $276. Since then, I have followed up repeatedly—through email, voicemail, and LiveChat—without receiving an explanation or a refund. It is now July, and despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue, there has been no meaningful response. LiveChat representatives have been courteous but consistently state they are unable to assist with subscription issues and that the matter has been escalated. Yet, I have received no follow-up or resolution. This level of service is unacceptable. I was explicitly told the rate would not change, and I expect a clear explanation and correction of the overcharge immediately. I have invested significant time trying to resolve what should be a straightforward billing issue.
