Beyond that, the data and insights are robust and available a your fingertips instantly. We aren’t talking about a clunky dashboard or painful online database, you can very quickly get your hands on the information you need because the system has already done all the analysis you need. Fantastic tool that helps you provide a positive experience during the screening process and improves turnaround time. > > **Cons**: Hadn’t integrated criminal background checks for Canada but that’s in the works. Once it’s a one-stop-shop I have no doubt it will be the dominant platform of choice for prescreening and references. > > Fantastic experience. Because the tool is so user friendly, people want to use it and it improves reference turnaround time. No need to deal with clunky reference forms or waste time on scripted phone calls.
