About Microsoft Teams
Microsoft Teams is a chat-based workspace within Microsoft 365, which enables users to view and collaborate on documents directly within the application, participate in voice and video conference calls, view full conversation histories and email-style conversation threads, and more. Teams has replaced Skype for Business as Microsoft's online meeting solution.
Microsoft Teams can be customized to suit each individual team, with users able to create tabs for frequently accessed documents or regularly-used cloud services. Integrations with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, SharePoint, Power BI, Delve, and Planner are all built into Microsoft Teams, allowing users to access and collaborate on a range of files. Skype for Business integration facilitates video and voice conference calls between users, connectors can be used to pull in notifications and updates from a range of third party services including GitHub and Twitter, and the Microsoft Bot Framework is also supported, bringing intelligent bots into the team environment.

It is a quality tool making it easy to communicate and collaborate.
Pros
It is very powerful tool for daily communication specially in large scale companies. It is possible to integrate different addons which you can practically use. Performance of the tool is very solid for meetings, screensharing sessions and of course calls. Creating teams, pages part is also a good way of collaboration.
Cons
If you are in a crowded meeting such as 500+ people the tool is slowing a little bit and it is hard to control in a screensharing or presentation session.

Overall Microsoft teams is best application in my perspective. I loved approximately each and every feature.
Pros
The best thing about Microsoft teams as a video conferencing is the audio and video quality. This application do not consume large amount of memory and space which makes it friendly for the developers like myself.
Microsoft teams is easily understandable and easy to use software. Teams provide lots of feature which comes handy to the user such as video calling, chats, screen sharing, polls, note making etc.
The most facinating thing that I liked in teams is taking remote access to other collegues.
Cons
Microsoft teams sometimes do not update or wrongly update the status. For example, when I am in a call, sometimes it shown to other users that I am away or awailable. The file structures is very confusing and at some point there is unnecessary storage consuption.
The swtiching of the call from mobile to PC sometimes is harder.
It may happen that the message is not getting sent even if the network is strong and there is no option to try again.

It integrates with everything else Microsoft
Reviewed on 21/06/2022
Pros
The integration to other MS products in the 365 world is a significant reason for why Teams is used by me daily. The ability to set up meetings with end users not necessarily needing to install Teams is a real bonus and adds to the long list of features I use daily.
Cons
It can do so much especially as part of the wider MS platform that it can be bewildering at times. However, it is perfectly possible to focus on only those areas of functionality that are of genuine use and value to overcome this.

Excellent Platform

Pros
I now use Teams more that Zoom. For many previous attempts I couldn’t add anyone that wasn’t in my organization and the hundreds of settings were overwhelming. Now that has been simplified and I’m very happy about that.
Cons
To add simple features such as a call in number, it requires a paid subscription and 8-10 steps in various control panels to add that module to the account to enable it. Should be way easier than that.
