Microsoft Teams
About Microsoft Teams
Microsoft Teams is a chat-based workspace within Microsoft 365, which enables users to view and collaborate on documents directly within the application, participate in voice and video conference calls, view full conversation histories and email-style conversation threads, and more. Teams has replaced Skype for Business as Microsoft's online meeting solution.
Microsoft Teams can be customized to suit each individual team, with users able to create tabs for frequently accessed documents or regularly-used cloud services. Integrations with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, SharePoint, Power BI, Delve, and Planner are all built into Microsoft Teams, allowing users to access and collaborate on a range of files. Skype for Business integration facilitates video and voice conference calls between users, connectors can be used to pull in notifications and updates from a range of third party services including GitHub and Twitter, and the Microsoft Bot Framework is also supported, bringing intelligent bots into the team environment.

We made the full switch to using Teams recently and it was seamless. The communications and organization tools have allowed my teams to stay connected.
Pros
I enjoy having synergy across my workplace, such as by creating meeting on Teams if syncs with my outlook calendar.
Cons
The video call feature could be made to allow for more people for a webinar. We have struggled to create large livestream type meetings.

I'm still learning how to use it, the intro/tutorial doesn't really explain much, just mostly gets in the way.

I'm satisfied with my experience with MS Teams as it is helpful in collaborating across teams.
Pros
MS Teams is an easy-to-use application with great audio and video call facility. The real time chat theme looks unique with emojis and reactions. Large files can be shared and it integrates well with Microsoft ecosystems.
Cons
Too many updates makes the user experience unpleasant. The activity status of the user doesn't get updated promptly. The applications runs slow when accessed while being in a call or screen sharing.
