> **Pros**: AS all our staff have the app and can upload whenever they have a receipt, it has dramatically cut down the waiting time for the receipts.  Engineers workload meant that it could be weeks before I received the receipts to process.  Missed VAT to claim due to the delays etc.  This has now stopped.

> **Cons**: Can take a bit of getting used to from an admin point of view, but with anything new, practice makes perfect.
