When programming checkpoints with specific issue types there is no way to hide previously created issues types for previously created checkpoints. Email correspondence was also unprofessional and they did not communicate clearly or resolve issues clearly. > > It was what we needed for a while but we reorganized our company and needed more functionality and capabilities that the software lacks.
