Okta proved to be a great experience for me. As the manager, Security Operations, it helped in centralizing and simplifying identity management across our organization. This position to enforce similar security policies across every account can really be a game-changer. Okta has grown to be a very reliable and flexible partner in operations that ameliorate security and increases effectiveness in our operations.
Pros
What I love about Okta is the seamless integration of a lot of apps from cloud to premises-based. The adaptive MFA and SSO brought a great leap in the security and users' collective experience. More importantly, real-time threat insight from Okta has been helpful with strong remediation action against the same to help prevent those risks in the future.
Cons
While Okta is very powerful, the setup-especially for organizations that must keep to certain regulations-could be a little overwhelming. The learning curve was quite great, especially when trying to conduct some customization of roles and permissions. However, detailed documentation and help resources allowed us to fill in these items effectively.

Okta help us strike a balance between quick and safe access to our systems. It provide us with amazing identity management and protection tools that help us prevent any data losses to identity breaches.
Pros
Okta has been a majestic security tool for us and we were strongly drawn to its incredible identity protection functions. It uses advanced AI security monitoring tools that makes it possible to detect any identity threat as soon as they happen. Okta allows us to use password-less authentication and single sign in tools that ensure quick but safe access to our systems.
Cons
Okta has never let us down even a single point. There lacks even a single part about it to like least.

It's been a frustrating journey to say the least. I've heard that it's better to use if you implement it at the very beginning, but can be frustrating if you switch over to it later. My experience has been the latter, so if you're interested in it, just be aware of that.
Pros
It's nice that all my passwords are managed by one software. And the app is somewhat useful as well.
Cons
I'll consistently get locked out of the software, and since everything is tied to it, all my other software as well. This has caused me to lose tons of time during work hours that I can't get back.

We are having a great journey with Okta so far once it got implemented in our workforce. Specially when managing a big volume of sensitive files, it has always been a matter of concern in terms of privacy but with Okta authentication service, it makes us worry free. We have integrated Okta with almost all the tool we use in our work and this has provided with an extra layer of security for other tools as well.
Pros
Okta comes with a bundle of tools inbuilt whihc makes this software like all in one app. It comes with more than 5000 integrations built in which makes it one of the most useful tool when it comes to security purposes. The multi factor authentication makes the security aspects even more commendable. Other good stuffs about the software is the User customised SSO portal with self service to all license holders.
Cons
There's barely any tool whihc comes closer to this software but in terms of price, Okta stands at top which makes it costly for small businesses whihc should be looked after for.

Okta provides a neutral and powerful platform that's puts Identity at the heart of your stack. It also gives seamless and secure access for our customers and employees. Single sign- on is my favorite feature which helps me to keep the control and security I require. And above all of you forget your passwords you can go passwordless, very demure.
Cons
Okta never dissapoints, nothing to complain about.
