Pros

Consensus gives sales teams the ability to provide value on solutions or services through video demo and has customization features that allows for deeper personalization! Its an amazing tool to integrate into your everyday work flow. Consensus changes the game!

Cons

To date I have not found anything within consensus that I have disliked about using this tool!

Pros

I love the ability to take control of the demo phase of a sales cycle early on. By sending out these demos in advance, our first calls with customers become a 2nd or 3rd engagement because they come ready with questions and thoughts on the demos!

Cons

I wish the live data/analytics were a little more robust.

Pros

As a Presales consultant, Consensus helps my daily work by offering a structured approach to decision making, streamlining the process and ensuring all stakeholders are involved with an empower demo process. Consensus helps to lead to a faster resolutions and reduced decision-making time my stakeholders. Consensus also promotes transparency in the organization by streamlining the various demos at each stage of the sales cycle and the decision-making process, including inputs, discussions, and outcomes.

Cons

It took me awhile to get used to Consensus, therefore I feel that other users also encounter a learning curve when initially adopting Consensus, especially if they are unfamiliar with collaborative platforms. Hence , its still a developing and evolving software and I see new features very commonly coming up.

Pros

Consensus has been such an aid in helping strengthenthe sale. The gmail plug-in makes it so easy to add into email conversations with our clients. Our team has pretty high level content that we used to add as hyperlink or an attachment, but Consensus gives me better visibility into if my content is landing. It also give me insight into the content that’s not working. I literally use it everyday multiple times a day!
