I have never had clients' complain about using the patient portal, and find it a easy way for getting releases signed and submitted. Occasionally, there is information in another document that I need to access for a new document, and I wish there was a way to streamline that process. There are also a lot of drop down menus that are redundant or unnecessary, which can make navigating a little difficult if you are new to the system.
