HubSpot CRM enables teams to take care of all the little details, including logging emails, recording calls, and managing data in an intuitive manner therefore freeing up valuable selling time in the process.
Teams can get an up-to-the-minute view of the entire sales funnel on a clean, visual dashboard. Users can sort deals won and lost, appointments scheduled, and contracts sent over any time period, and track performance against quotas. It allows operators to sort deals by name, owner, amount, or stage with custom filters for actionable intel in a fraction of the time.
HubSpot CRM lets stakeholders track customer interactions automatically, in an email, across social media, or on a call. Teams can sync the system with Gmail or Microsoft Outlook using HubSpot Sales, and capture every call, email, or meeting as it happens. Every interaction with a lead is stored in a tidy timeline, including calls, emails, meetings, and notes. The experience has been good;. It's easy to use, but setting it up took a while. Once you have it set up how you want, it's fantastic.
Pros
Prospecting hub and deals. It easily syncs with prospecting tools, allows you to keep up with leads, and allows you to track deals, providing a single source of truth.
Cons
It takes some time to learn to use it, and it's not as intuitive as other, more modern CRMs, such as Attio.

Extraordinary. Meets the companies expectations in email marketing, sales/client profile keeping and filters.
Pros
HubSpot does an amazing job in organizing records of prospect clients/sales. User interface is easily understandable. Worth the price for companies with sales, real estate and recruitment in nature.
Cons
One thing that I missed a lot was from the last update it did. Before, it has an automatic finder for linkedin profiles and automate necessary available information. It saved a lot of time and effort.

This is a helpful tool when it is accurate. There are times it's not, but when it does, it makes the searching process significantly easier for me.
Pros
I am able to sort clients by type, location, and even job title. It is super easy to filter through areas and departments and find out exactly who I need to speak to.
Cons
There are a lot of times that the information is outdated or inaccurate. It gets frustrating when I call up different businesses but the employee doesn't work there anymore.

HubSpot is a platform you should take a look at for your company

Overall we are very happy with our experience and are in the process of getting another 2 year agreement in place starting 12/31/25.
Pros
HubSpot has been a great platform for us. We use the email marketing features heavily and have found that it meets all of our needs. When we do have questions or a support issue, the support has been very good - both via tickets and the chat options. This platform provides more value for the money than other platforms we have taken a look at.
Cons
We transition from another SMS platform provider to the HubSpot SMS offering soon after it launched. It is still behind other more mature SMS solutions but HubSpot is making progress in adding additional functionalities.

Powerful all-rounder CRM that has helped us to grow

Very good all-rounder, enabling us to operate efficiently across all areas of our GTM function (marketing, sales, customer success). The product feels like it is constantly being updated and improved, and is a very powerful CRM.
Pros
Workflows and automations are very powerful and enabled us to scale our marketing, sales and customer success processes. Hubspot can also integrate with pretty much any other tool out there as well which makes things a lot easier.
Managing inbound leads and enquiries through forms and workflows is very helpful, and all of the elements within the marketing hub (e.g. email) have recently been updated and are a massive improvement from when i first started using Hubspot 4 years ago.
Cons
Lead scoring can be a bit complex and clunky and is one thing that has frustrated me in the past, although there have been some recent updates/releases to this.
The sales forecasting tool could also be improved by being made more customisable.
