> **Pros**: The ability to create custom performance plans, workflows, add users is awesome. It is also possible to push reviews ahead or backwards in the workflow chain.

> **Cons**: The system is not very intuitive and one needs to attend training to learn now to navigate. Several training sessions are available but I liked the webinar where you are training with a real person.

> It is easy to create reports that can be uploaded in payroll and other HR systems. It is a good tool but cannot be used as a standalone HRIS system.
