> **Pros**: I can access the system from any location, now all offices can see the same information and work in a more productive way. The search is very fast and flexible, and the ability to filter data quickly is a key benefit.

> I was very impressed by the eagerness to help and understand all of the things Monowa wanted out of the CRM System. The implementation was kept open as long as was necessary to get the end product we requested and needed, which I regard as one of the greatest things about this company, the ease at uniting both of the offices has I believe has increased productivity.  I'd recommend Open By Nature and Black ICE CRM to anyone looking for a professionally designed CRM System.
