I would def recommend this service for companies that have payroll issues it's a great way for employees to manage their pay and have access to their documents without a hassel.
Pros
The ability to keep important documents 9n file for easy downloading.
Cons
The registration is a bit complicated when and if you've been employed through multiple companies using this software .

Pros
We have multiple companies so having the ease of all the functionalities really helpds.
Cons
We had some issues with our pay codes and a few other items as we have a very complicated payroll setup but now we are good!

Pros
There are so many features and good forward-thinking with this app. I cannot overstate how great it is to see everything you need at a glance, have good integration with tax prep at tax time, and the ability to change where your money goes is stupidly amazing.
Cons
Only 3 accounts are able to be configured as of now, which isn't that big of a deal, but kind of annoying. Still, pretty great to have 3.

Never in my wildest dreams could I have imagined the nightmare of working with this ‘company’. It’s...
Never in my wildest dreams could I have imagined the nightmare of working with this ‘company’. It’s like wrangling together children in the playground. The complete unprofessionalism that I have gotten by ADP workforce on the go. I Have requested year end documentation so I can continue my payroll with my new provider… it’s been over 6 bi-weekly payroll cycles and I’ve yet to receive them. I have a signed document from them CLOSING OUR ACCOUNT DATED BACK IN JULY, it’s now almost September and they were charging me. I’ve now had to take them to collection through my bank and lock them out of my account so no further withdrawals can happen. Can’t wait to wake up from this nightmare and spread the word that this so called company is just the absolute worst and I will make it a part time job to make sure I tell EVERYONE I can and the all the small businesses circles I run in… DO NOT USE ADP!!!

My over all experience with ADI is that I have no problems, I've used it for over 5 years and really have no complaints.
Pros
I like that it's easy to log in and use & keep track of time, PTO, Leave and any other time that is requested.
Cons
The only thing I don't like is that when the system is down it takes FREVER to get it fixed. For example, last month ADI was down for almost 2 weeks, so I had to manually keep track of my clock in & lunch time to make sure everything was accurate for payday & our checks were still short.
