This software has really important tools which can be found in other software but done in a really accesible, enterprise connected way. Our company uses several zoho tools which had become essential in our functioning.

A little bit difficult, it lacks the simplicity of software like Monday, but it's amazing in some other ways.

I like the interface that is easy to use and understand for the end user, and it is also quite intuitive.

What I liked least is that it does not have the option of a real time timer to record the time. (It is worth mentioning that if it has a section to record a time manually)

We can assign different projects to different syaffs easily and with no much struggle.
With the tool,tracking the progress our our projects has been a walk in the park.
The most amazing thing we love about the software is the support we get from the custiner desk which makes our projects to be ru ning smoothly with no errors.

The fact that I can see my Job Cards on face value.

The theme of the platform seems to be very light & too bright. It would be bette if one could edit it.
Another thing is that I have to subscribe to each & every segment of Zoho. Why can't it be one subscription?
