Zoho projects is super intuitive and well laid out so things are easy to find. The price compared to the feature list is unbeatable. They also offer a whole suite of other tools.

Zoho is not as complex as many other PM packages, but you are not paying a premium price for every bell and whistle.

The platform’s customization options and smooth integration with other Zoho apps streamline workflows, while real-time collaboration tools keep team communication efficient and centralized.

One downside of Zoho Projects is that it can feel a bit overwhelming initially due to its wide range of features, which might lead to a steeper learning curve for new users. Additionally, while the platform integrates well with Zoho's suite, integrations with some third-party tools can be limited or require workarounds. The mobile app, while convenient, could also use some improvements for a smoother user experience.
