I used Zoho CRM in my HR internship. I like many features of that like excellent customer support, security and data privacy, scalability, reporting, and analytics that help me record data and submit reports on time.
Pros
I like Zoho CRM because it is very affordable, and has customizability, automation as wells as multichannel communication so due to this good feature I use Zoho.
Cons
Although it has best feature but also has some problems like a steep learning curve, UI/UX design, limited free version, integration challenges, and customer support quality features I don't like.

Zoho CRM has been a total lifesaver for my business. It’s easy to use, saves me loads of time with automations, and it’s affordable, which is huge for a small business like mine. I love that I can customize it to fit exactly what I need, and it works smoothly with all my other tools. It’s flexible enough to grow with me, so I’m sticking with it for the long haul!
Pros
What I love most about Zoho CRM is how easy it is to use; I can find everything I need without feeling overwhelmed. The automation features save me so much time, and I can customize it to fit my business perfectly. Plus, it’s budget-friendly, which is a huge plus for me as a small business owner!
Cons
Zoho CRM is powerful, but there’s a bit of a learning curve for advanced features. The mobile app can feel clunky, and support response times can be slow, which can be frustrating when you need quick help.

My overall experience is good. I love using ZOHO for my business and I trust their services and their customer support who has always been very helpful for the rare times I had to contact them over the years.
Pros
Zoho is a very professional platform in my opinion. It makes a few years now that I use this service for my business. I love their email service because I have been able to set it up the way I like for ease of use on a daily basis.
Cons
There is indeed something that I don't like which is receiving Spams and ZOHO don't give us the option to block those IPs or email address who send spams.

My overall experience with Zoho CRM has been pretty positive. It’s reliable, flexible, and gets the job done without a lot of fuss. Sure, there are a few areas for improvement, but for the price and functionality, it’s hard to beat. If you’re looking for a CRM that doesn’t overwhelm you but still delivers on features, Zoho is definitely worth considering!
Pros
One of the things I liked most about Zoho CRM is how easy it is to navigate. The layout is clean and intuitive, making it simple to find what you need without getting lost in a sea of tabs and options.
I really appreciated the level of customization available. You can tailor it to fit your business needs, from adding custom fields to adjusting the sales pipeline stages. It feels like it’s built for you, not just a one-size-fits-all solution.
Compared to other CRM options out there, Zoho is pretty budget-friendly. It offers a ton of features without breaking the bank, which is a huge plus for small businesses or startups.
love that Zoho CRM plays nice with other apps. Whether it’s connecting to email, calendar, or other software tools, it makes my workflow a lot smoother. Plus, the automation features save me a lot of time!
Cons
I found the reporting tools a little basic for my needs. I’d love to see more advanced analytics options to really dive into the data and get insights.

Overall Zoho CRM has been a game changer for our small business. We would not be able to get the same level of functionality out of many other platforms at this price range. Our industry needs can be specific, and most of the time it's difficult to find systems that can provide what we need at the base level configuration, so editing is usually always required. For us, Zoho's editing capabilities are what really sell the system since we can pretty much make it fit our requirements.
Pros
Zoho CRM makes it easy to manage basically an entire database for our business. The editing features are extensive, allowing you to tailor-make just about anything to fit your needs. We've altered most of the pre-set sections to fit our industry-specific programs which has massively increased the effectiveness of our business.
Cons
Because it offers so much flexibility there is a fairly large learning curve to setting it up how you'd like it to be, and some aspects can get a little finicky. For example, it takes a lot of tweaking to get the visuals and functionality correct on specialized views if you've done a lot of editing.

Powerful CRM for Small/Growing Sales Operations

Zoho has produced a huge amount of value for our business. Our work involves a lot of prospecting and active sales handling for each B2B lead. We used to do everything manually on Excel, but once we moved to Zoho, a lot of our sales actvities are now automated. We have automated reports, A/B tests for automated sequences, and a clear pipeline and activity dashboard to track all of our activities. I can wholehartedly say that it's defitiely moved our sales operations to another level.
Pros
Zoho has all the features you need to manage the A-Z of your sales operations. The automated workflows and sequences have been especially helpful for us because it used to take forever to send our opening sales emails to hundreds of prospects, whereas now, we don't ave to spend a single second to send these emails, and they're standardized and have automated reports on their performance. This alone has probably saved us a dozen hours each week from sending them manually.
Cons
It was difficult for us to get off the ground in the beginning, we even questioned whether it was actually going to be the right fit because of that. It might be good to have better onboarding to get ahead of that.

The Backbone of My Business
Reviewed on 15/12/2023
Pros
As a Zoho One user, I love the combination of more than a dozen business tools that I've used in pieces before. Now, they are all connected and integrated. The list of functionality and critical features is so long... This is truly the backbone of my photography studio. I thought I'd just get a CRM but with the automation and interconnection between the suite components, I just dove in!
Cons
The main gripe comes with the slow implementation of some bug fixes and shortcomings. The forums are filled with users' requests for some of the industry-standard features, to which we keep hearing "in progress" or "no timeline". Some of such discussions take months and even years... It could be that the company bit more than it could chew, as the resources on some projects surely run thin, while other projects thrive.

So I was in a middleware team at builder.ai. The product on which I worked used to gather customer data where they used to customise there own software. This customer data use to flow from our middleware to clouds like Salesforce, Netsuite, Zoho CRM. So here we had Zoho, this had implied rules for the data to enter in and get stored on any cloud. We had ticketing as well for customer service
Pros
I like the way the UI is designed, the way it is curated to address scenarios where the user is a non coder, has no or basic coding ability. I like the GUI based workflow management and its ticketing system

Frustrating at best. If you like hitting your head against a wall time and time again to see if you could possibly make something work - this may be your platform. I swear if I hear "sorry for the inconvenience" one more time after it took 4 weeks to resolve an issue - that has never been resolved I will scream. This last issue is why I am actively looking for a new CRM / ATS Manager - my contract expires in September and will not be renewed.
Pros
I liked the ZOHO ONE package, having everything in one place. What I ended up with after 5 years is a system that held data I couldn't use and what I could possibly use, there were such limitations it was impossible.
Cons

It wasn't good. If I learn that a company is using it, I aggressively encourage them to switch because using almost ANY other technology may help you become far more productive and lucrative in addition to saving a ton of money.
Pros
Primarily because it allows you to tailor its features to meet your business objectives, ZOHO CRM is incredibly user-friendly. It is really simple to use and has an excellent interface. It's a great tool for managing your client relationships because it lets you stay on top of things like managing leave, attendants, sales, and customer tracking continually.
Cons
pretty much everything of it. You must upgrade in order to use the platform's other features, which include adding more expensive Zoho tools to your portfolio like SalesIQ, Campaigns, and other features. The workflow component is highly incongruous and lacking in intuition. Due to its outdated interface, Zoho is stuck in the 18th century when compared to competing platforms that employ real workflows.
