Timesheet is extremely easy to use and very easy to understand.

I am happy with Timesheet thus far. I have not encountered any problems with them.

I love the product itself for time tracking, vacation tracking, easy view of who is working but it was also easy for our team members to use. We have been using it for a long time, so I felt fairly familiar with it, but if I ever had questions, the customer service was quick to respond, and always happy to walk me through the task.

There was nothing I disliked about the product. Our executive team made the decision to move to another product.

i feel like i could do the same thing with another website, that was free.

Timesheets made it very easy to clock in and out. It was easily adjustable in case I missed a clock in or out.

Timesheets has been an invaluable tool for our new business. It is very user friendly, and their customer service has been topnotch! Our questions are answered literally in minutes! [sensitive content hidden] have gone above and beyond to unsure we understand how to use their program. Weekly training sessions and phone calls are very helpful.

I am looking for a way to view the customer and their projects on one screen. I'm sure there is a way, I just haven't figured it out yet!

Not integrated with our calendar and project management software to eliminate the extra data entry for each staff member to track the time we are selling to our customers

I did not like the changes done to the platform. I prefer the old one.

Convenience, and easy record keeping. It is a valuable tool in running this office and I hate to think where we would be with out it. I particularly like the ease of making edits and changes to employee times. I would be happy to refer this program to any business looking to save time.

The new format is a little difficult to figure out.

Timesheets provides a very easy and functional timesheets app for a reasonable price. The interface is very intuitive for new users.

I don't have any negative experiences with Timesheets.

Having a virtual time clock was an admin time saver!!!!

The time clock and time tracking features are among my favorite within Timesheet.com. They make it easy.

The expense record could be more advance but I don't use it much anyways

Since I'm not the most savvy person with technology, I find the support I receive from Timesheets outstanding. I've had to call in on several occasions when I was trying to locate information on a past employee or other various needs. I most recently spoke with Bob who was highly knowledgeable and was able to guide me through the process to achieve what I needed.

Honestly, I can't think of anything that I have not liked about the service.

The features I that are impactful are the self service portal, to allow staff members to enter the attendance, overtime calculation, and scheduling. These features make this software so great, and with it does the hard work to store and report each and everything in detail so perfectly.

I don't feel there is anything missing, as it has a number of tools and features to report, mark your attendance and calculate pay. It does the hard work for you, so there is nothing lacking.
