I absolutely love Gmail! Its so convenient and user friendly! Plus having it tie in with all my apps and logins makes life so much easier!

I really dont have any cons that i can think of. This is truly an amazing piece of software.

Once you get used to the way Gmail functions, it really makes sense and is easy to use. I like the way emails are collated so that you have the full trail. It has good grouping and labeling functionality and I like that you can assign emails to pathways automatically.

It is difficult and slow to delete historical emails in bulk. They now have the functionality to search your email from Gemini - their AI system - and that search is better than the direct email search in Gmail. I think they should rather improve search within Gmail rather than externally.

I honestly don't love using gmail and will avoid it at all cost.

It is very difficult to use compared to outlook.

My most used application, i can do so many things with an email. And can create a bew one for anything in a few minutes is great

The limited space you get when you open a new account

Automatically filters “junk mail” advertisements and mass email marketing in a separate, easily accessible folder.

I have no complaints about using Gmail for personal or business use.

I like the ease of creating groups for emails

What I like most about Gmail is the ability block spam and phishing links from reaching my mailbox. It is simple to create and send email messages with Gmail. Again, it's simple reply to email messages faster with Gmail. It is simple to share files and attachments with Gmail. I can easily search emails with Gmail.

It is simple and fast to use Gmail and I therefore haven't encountered any problems when using it.

The best thing about Gmail is easy access no matter our location we are able to access as long as there is Internet connectivity. Provide thread conversation that keeps our discussions organised. Integrate nicely with tools like zendesk ,Jira that used to track our IT support requests.Ensure emails security with Two Factor Authentication. Also allow email encryption that protect data loss.The phishing and spam protection feature detects and block suspicious emails . It's a scalable and reliable tool for team communication and collaboration.

Nothing ,using Gmail has been straightforward and seamless for all teams.

I appreciate that it works wherever I am, computer, mobile, or iPad.

If you don’t take time to utilize tools given it can seem unorganized, but using tools provided it doesn’t.

Gmail has a great layout and makes it super easy to organize my projects under the right clients for efficient review of previous communications.

I REALLY wish there was a format painter capability when drafting emails. I use format painter all the time in other Google apps and it's so handy.

Gmail makes email management and writing easy. I don't have to think about configurations, though all the tools are still there. I always have my email with me, no need to set up an email client.
The features like snoozing an email for a time and send undo are super useful.

Gmail being web-based is great, but I do sometimes wish I could have it as its own program, outside a browser tab.

It's a straightforward, easy-to-use email management system, inside of a well-integrated Google ecosystem (Google Drive, Google Calendar, etc).

The search function is not as efficient as it could be. I often type in a keyword that I KNOW is in an email, but that email doesn't pop up in the search. Sometimes I have to type in the name of the person I corresponded with, or change the capitalization of the keyword in order for the email to appear.

I like that you can increase your Gmail storage up to two terabytes for $20.00 a month.

I wish it was easier to find emails by date and I don't like that if I search for an email using the word "foot," the search will return results containing the word "footing" as well.

I can say what I like least about Gmail is when i forget my password its hard to get back in when you have a new phone number and have no way to change your info. Other than that its awesome.

I have come to find Gmail useful in my day to day life. Most of my communication via email and signing into applications or accounts is via my Gmail account and I enjoy its ease of use thoroughly.

I do wish there was an option to easily see new emails instead of them coming in in the same thread. I tend to not see new emails if they come in the same thread. It can be annoying.

Easy to use, emails are stored in a super secure cloud, can be used on a computer and on a cell phone, used for both work and personal use, I use it daily.

To delete emails, I find the process a little slow. The functions other than the one mentioned are great.

I was impressed at how easy it is to register and get set up. My favorite thing about gmail is the scope of customization it allows.

Gmail is great! It is linked to the rest of my google space so all stored in the same place. Can select multiple emails to then mark as read. It puts the emails into different categories for me e.g promotions, primary etc. I find this helpful.

Nothing. I find this email better to use than what I am using for my work emails.

Occasional confusion in inbox sorting .
Limited features when using multiple account simultaneously.

It separates my mail based on what it is and who it's from.

There is not anything i disliked about gmail.
