> **Pros**: MyCase is easy to use. The basic functions are intuitive and a new user can navigate the program without much instruction. As a user becomes more advanced, MyCase offers training and tutorials, and has a plethora of add-ons available, allowing a user to really customize the program to their needs. For me, the most valued features are the ability to accept online payments, the communication and notes features, the time tracking and billing features, and the leads tracking.

I wish that there was a way for emails send to/from a connected email to automatically synch with any client who has a matching registered email address.&#10;Additionally, my rate has consistently gone up; I don't use a lot of the add-on features that are the justification for the price increases.

> I rave about MyCase anytime a colleague asks my opinion. Admittedly, I do not have experience with any other practice management software, but when I was comparing my options before signing up with MyCase I was most impressed by the completeness of the product as compared to other programs; and the price was by far the most competitive.

It's been taking a few months to get issues fixed and there still has been no resolution to that, despite being told that they are working on it. Hopefully, that gets fixed soon.

> **Cons**: Unreasonable, excessive, and superfluous security measures. Random mandatory password changes and security codes. Sometimes we will have to wait several hours for a security code to be sent to us. The codes cannot be copied and pasted, but manually entered. This technology appears to us to be considerably outdated.

> When we are able to access the platform, it performs adequately. However, employees at our firm have had very different experiences logging into the platform on any given day. The mandatory password changes and monthly security codes have forced to us to look for another case management software.

> **Pros**: Everything. Seriously, this is the best case management software I've used in 20+ years of private practice.  MyCase makes is easy to capture my time and keep my files organized.  It also makes sending bills and getting paid easy with LawPay integration, which allows the firm to collect and deposit funds into my Trust Account or Operating Account.  MyCase has powerful features for intake as well, such as online intake forms and document automation.  If you're not using MyCase you need to ask yourself "Why not?"

> **Cons**: If there's anything to complain about, it's that MyCase is too comprehensive for one person to fully master.  I feel pretty proficient with MyCase, but I feel like there's so much more that I am not utilizing just because I haven't made the time to do a deep dive on all of the features (like the Integration with MailChimp).  I really don't have any complaints about the software or the support, which are both excellent.
