Plus, being able to communicate with volunteers through the website is an added bonus. It's great to be able to see exactly what jobs are being fulfilled and what you still need to get volunteers for too. > > **Cons**: It does take some time getting the jobs and schedules set up, but it's time well spent in the end. > > We have two very large events that require over 100 volunteers for each day of the event.
