The vast amount of available tools and shapes, layered setup and import & export features.

Due to its pricing, Visio isn't available for our users by default (like other MS Office products, Word, excel, outlook etc.) and require purchasing of additional licenses. Cost concerns is pushing us away from the application, to another but free or cheaper application.

Simple to use, easy to create professional graphics for business use.

Lack of variety in available shapes and connectors. Whilst this does keep a consistency between graphics created by different users, I find it limiting.

The icons were really great! They were split into clear and easy to understand categories. The ability to remove and add the visibility of the categories, made it a lot easier to stay focused on what I'm trying to do.

It was pretty laggy and slow, I think it may be because it's an older application, but much like Sway there were times it was being difficult.

Ease of use when creating flowcharts and diagrams. It has an amazing collection of templates.

even though it has wonderful features, some tools are very hard to find.

Visio's templates save time and make it simple to visualize complex processes.

The software could benefit from more customization options for diagrams and flowcharts.

I love the new upgrade from Microsoft Office Visio to the new version Microsoft Visio!!!

can manage the stencils, connections and other data to have documented for audits or future information

some brands doesn't have their own stencils to download, so i have to create them.

i use this software for almost 7 years, i find it super easy to use, such as tools. I can make layout, flow process, flow mamagement, busniness process in Visio with shape whatever i wanted. Overall, Visio help me a lot to finish my job.

Struglle to connect arrow between 2 shapes or more

It's easy with the drag and drop features, and I'm used to it.

It lacks a lot of features and feels outdated compared to software like Miro or Figma.

One of my favorite programs in terms of design and idea. Thanks to those in charge of it.

Sometimes the program exits by itself for no reason.

The Visio provides powerful diagramming tools, and it has a user-friendly interface such as the drag-and-drop functionality

The mobile version of Visio has a limited feature unlike its desktop version

It is easy to jump in and created diagrams. I have used Visio since college and it always comes in handy when designing network diagrams.

At one point, the art for the network components was a bit low quality. It has come a long way over the years.

Highly versatile offering a wide range of templates and tools for flowcharts, network diagrams, and process mapping. Integration with ms office is top notch.
