We needed something better than Windows Defender and Symantec offers centralized management, and reporting among other things. It worked well, but isn't perfect.

Symantec products are generally well put together, but it did not integrate well with our Cisco security suite and so we went with Cisco's solution after some time due to the lack of centralized management from a single console.

With this tool, we have the best computer security solution and we protect our systems from data breach thanks to data security features. It also serves as an anti virus and comes with data encryption features too.

With Symantec Endpoint Security, I have no complaints. It serves us well.

The most i like from Symantec Endpoint Security is esier to manage and low memory usage

What i least like is when we want to buy the license, we must buy minimal 10 license

I like its robust threat protection, which includes defenses against malware, ransomware and zero-day attacks. I also appreciate Symantec's ability to provide protection for both on-premises and cloud systems, which gives us the flexibility we need. The EDR feature provides complete visibility and in-depth analysis of threats. Finally, the centralized management is very convenient, allowing us to control and monitor all endpoints on our network from one place.

Despite its strengths, Symantec Endpoint Security can be a bit complex to set up initially.

I have no negatives to share. It's simply the best

We bought this for overall security of our PC. With this we can block pendrives from the system automatically. Also we have integrated it with our Juniper Firewall. Everything Is working great as of now

Only problem is it slows down our pc otherwise no problem everything working great

What we like about this software is it is client-server solutions and protection for all our devices on network, whether it is laptop, desktop and server.

Symantec Endpoint Security is nice tool but a bit pricey compare to other software with the same function.

All functionalities are great thus nothing negative that require to change.

Unfortunately, I encountered some issues with the performance of Symantec Endpoint Security over time. I also experienced some issues with updates, which sometimes seemed to take a long time and slow down my activities. Finally, I found Symantec's technical support rather disappointing. While I was able to resolve most of my issues, the process often took longer than I would have liked. Ultimately, while Symantec Endpoint Security is a good security option, I think there are more performant alternatives on the market.

Its easy to operate and We can handle it without much training.

Technical Support is taking long time to resolve the issue.

The best part I like is that it did not makes my computer slow . The updates and Scan takes place at the background and you do not feel it happening

Updates are too frequent and some time need re-start to update

installing new Sofware is some time a problem, although it follows the rule set by the user, but the firewall has to be disabled to install some 3rd party applications on devices.

The best part about the software is that it gets updated every 3 hours. The virus definitions gets updated every 3 hours so that no new virus affects the systems.

One only thing I do not like about the software is that once I have installed it in the system, the uninstalling is very difficult.

It has established itself over the years as being trustworthy. It seems to work competently in the background of one's device.

Some of the archived / logged information is a bit difficult to understand in terms of what it flagged or caught. I wonder how up-to-speed it is in identifying malware.
