Pros

Workday is flexible software that facilitates many different aspects of human resource management. Workday HCM has user-friendly data analytics. By collecting and analyzing this data, we may gain useful understanding and improve our approaches to workforce management.

Cons

Workday does not offer a lot of room for user input. It also has trouble merging with other programs on occasion. In addition, there are sometimes technical difficulties. I think the user interface could use some work.

Does what is required in a simple format although can be a bit boring to look at. Can be a bit repetitive and uninspiring but has so much depth and scope to do much better if it was more engaging for colleagues.

Pros

Simple and easy layout most colleagues can understand and navigate.

Cons

Very basic and uninteresting layout for most colleagues which loses engagement and can be tricky for less skilled colleagues to find how good it can be as a tool for their job.

In my role I use it for multiple things such as pay slips, performance evaluations and mandatory/elective trainings for my job. It's nice having all these things on one application. I use it all the time to look stuff up when needed.

Pros

I love that it has so many applications on one platform such as pay slips, time off, directory, performance evaluations, expenses. It essentially holds all the documentation/paperwork you need for your position.

Cons

Not always sure where to find things when I need it, but you can always type into the search box and try to find articles pertaining to what you might be looking for.

Cons

Sometime gave me problems with integration challenges, I believe that Integrating Workday with other systems and processes can be time-consuming and may require additional resources to ensure seamless connectivity.

Workday is intuitive to use. There are some features that take some getting used to, such as finding your benefits and end of year tax info, but once you figure it out, it's easily found again. Overall it's a great tool!

Pros

Workday is relatively easy to navigate.

Cons

Initially, you have to go through several steps to find benefit summaries for my benefits. But once you figure out the route, it's much easier than most I've used in the past.

for other HR related stuff this system works well.

I have used Workday HCM with a couple different employers and it is by far superior to other comparable software. Everything is located on your dashboard. There is no multiple logins for different apps/software because it's all here. It gives easy access to view and/or change pay/benefit information, all employee personal information, taxes and time entering. What's not to love?

Pros

One of the things I like most about Workday HCM is the customizable drop down menu on your dashboard to make it easy to access things YOU need. Also, the time entering and access to benefit information is also great.

Cons

I don't have anything I don't like about it.

It is a really good organized platform and It is amazing to have something like this platform for when you are getting education from home. For getting a job its really amazing.

Pros

I love that I can login and view everything I need. From trainings, to performance, to time off, to salary and career development (and much more). This makes things easier for me, as I can log onto workday and find everything in one place. Do i need to take time off, easy, i request it, do I need to see how much I am making, go to payroll.

Cons

It is not that easy to take off notifications.

The website incorporates aspects such as pay, reviews, meetings/discussions, all personal historic job documentation, and absence. It's easy to use and I can quickly see when my teammates are planning annual leave, review my pay situation and so on.

Cons

The website feels a bit dated aesthetically, and is sometimes a bit clunky when it comes to pages regarding absence/annual leave - it feels like there are multiple ways to see the same end result.
