Workday is flexible software that facilitates many different aspects of human resource management. Workday HCM has user-friendly data analytics. By collecting and analyzing this data, we may gain useful understanding and improve our approaches to workforce management.

Workday does not offer a lot of room for user input. It also has trouble merging with other programs on occasion. In addition, there are sometimes technical difficulties. I think the user interface could use some work.

I like how workday HCM connects the workforce.

Sometimes workday HCM can be a little slow.

There are lots of features. When you know how to use the features and can find what you are looking for it can be very useful.

It can be challenging to use. It isn't always intuitive and can be hard to integrate with existing systems.

Very easy to use and navigate. Its easily interateable with other software.

I dont know if I have anything negative to say against Workday....its been easy to use.

Easy to use pay management system. I have only used in a user capacity, however I have never had any issues.

I would like to see more pay monitoring tools as well as better scheduling tools.

Limited customization for certain modules

Workday HCM is easy to integrate in any job board, which makes it easy to track recruitment process up until the on-boarding stage.

Sometimes new hire could find the interface to busy to interact with.

Its easy to use. the navigation is easy to configure

By far its the notifications and messages part. It lags often and doesn't always work

Sometime gave me problems with integration challenges, I believe that Integrating Workday with other systems and processes can be time-consuming and may require additional resources to ensure seamless connectivity.

When it comes to workforce planning and management, Workday HCM offers leading features.
In addition, it is also great as payment processing solution.

So far Workday HCM has met business set needs. No malfunctioning reported.

It can be greatly customized for the usecase of the company

very cumbersome system for absence management. Also no easy way to see an overview of your team as manager for absences and holiday planning.

Ease of use and easy to follow menus. It is reliable and never down.

Actually, there is nothing I dislike about it.

It helps to manage workforce and Human Resources (HR) of the business.

It is a tool which doesn't support complicated integrations.

Easy to navigate and to use with, no complications using it.

Using it for over a year I don't have any experience with this.

I love that I can login and view everything I need. From trainings, to performance, to time off, to salary and career development (and much more). This makes things easier for me, as I can log onto workday and find everything in one place. Do i need to take time off, easy, i request it, do I need to see how much I am making, go to payroll.

It is not that easy to take off notifications.

I used workday every single day, you can do everything in here, request time off, see paycheck, clock in and out.

I don’t have nothing negative to said about this app.

The website incorporates aspects such as pay, reviews, meetings/discussions, all personal historic job documentation, and absence. It's easy to use and I can quickly see when my teammates are planning annual leave, review my pay situation and so on.

The website feels a bit dated aesthetically, and is sometimes a bit clunky when it comes to pages regarding absence/annual leave - it feels like there are multiple ways to see the same end result.
