Beauty of the UI and ease of adding projects and bookings and moving them around.

There are lots of notification options which is great, but last I checked, there was know what was deleted if someone accidentally deletes a booking. Our solution is to restrict who can make edits.

Nothing at all. It has no redeeming qualities.

Allows you to book time without tasks. When asked to change this was told couldn't because some companies want that function, ie it isn't an option as it should be. The drop downs are fiddle and make it easy to select a blank, but doesn't warn you. Can't toggle between scrolling list and typing to search without cl king out of area. You have a set number of hours per day you need to book but it doesn't highlight those that are short- you have to hover to see remaining time but that function doesn't work properly, resulting in multiple clicks to get it to trigger. Colour by project doesn't actually do it, I'm on 6 projects yet only see 2 colours. Can push to calendar but not pull- useless function as meetings are booked in calendar to allow invites, you want guru to pull that data in to autofill. Though it is web based it is impossible to use on a mobile. The popups are always off screen, making it impossible to use - mobile friendly websites have been around for a very long time, lazy to not have it here, particularly as would allow people who are on the road to log their time on he go.

Not worth the hassle even if free.

Time report with Project classification help us to identify which resource is working on which Item , which enables more transparency.

Nothing as such, since I started using it recently.

I like they developed a very good application which is easy to use and have the accuracy in it.

Nothing overall it's good.if developer can add some colour in content so it's looks better.

This resource guru is Very easy to use. I get all information from resource which want in daily bases

Lacking outlook integration which doesn't display the meeting scheduled to other members in the team

Easy to use, organised, detailed, flexible, and thinks of all possible options to help with the efficiency of planning accurately across a small or large team.

The only thing we would rate negatively is that Resource Guru doesn't give you the option to tick off completed tasks.

Access to dates for my schedule aswell as other fellow employees

It's easy, the training is great and it works!

You need to have the paid version to get the best but that is the same with most.

I like that I can see my coworkers calendars and what office they are working from. Also get to see what projects they are on and their typical working hours.

Maybe the layout design could be a little better sometimes it is hard to navigate to certain menus

The best feature of Resource guru is the easy of scheduling

I like every thing only find difficulty to check the resource utilization

Ability to access my roster and jobs, with the relevant information to complete my job.

I have no issues with Guru the information provided allow me to access information to complete my job

It's intuitive, so it's very quick to pick up and use

I haven't been able to take a snapshot or download a schedule... but that is probably because i am not on a higher level payment scheme

if could have a better feature for tracking holiday time and things like appointments, time off etc.

It's extremely easy to use and has tons of helpful features like organizing by client, organizing by team, putting peoples "specialties" and so much more!

Being able to attach files would be nice! This could be helpful when assigned a project or training to have materials you need handy. In the mean time, we are able to link an outside source for documents witch works just fine. So really no complaints.

This is the most intuitive and helpful scheduling manager that I have used. It puts everyone on the same page. It does exactly what it should.

Can't think of any cons honestly. Perhaps, the ability to link this to a windows calendar would be a helpful feature.

We use Resource Guru for a simple function within the business, so our needs are basic.

It’s a user friendly tool very flexible, dynamic and easy to use since the first contact.

I didn’t identify any cons for now since I started to use Resource Guru.

I like it's easy to use allows for project planning

I have not yet found any disadvantages for this software I use it normally
