WatchDox gives companies the ability to share sensitive documents with management, partners or customers while maintaining the highest level of control over them at all times. With the ability to restrict document copying and printing permissions, revoke document access at any time after sending (for example, if a document is sent by mistake), and access an audit trail for regulatory purposes at any time, documents can be securely shared and information leakage can be prevented. The blackberry work mail app allows me to control which of my mailboxes are synced so as not to overwhelm my notifications while I'm out of the office.
