I received a response the next day with a suggestion from them, and then had daily communication with them.They sent me a link to the newest version of the software to see if that would resolve my issues. After running it for a few days to verify, I let them know it had fixed the problem. They then sent me a activation code to give me a free upgrade to the new version. They stuck with me to make sure I was satisfied with the outcome.
