> **Pros**: That everything is automated and clearly organized, you can invite colleagues, and pull interesting reports. Also, the feature to find people's email addresses is pretty cool.

> **Cons**: That it's completely in English and not very self-explanatory at the beginning. But practice makes perfect. What I also miss is the option to automatically include "Mr." or "Ms." in the messages. Having to edit each lead individually and modify the last name field is a bit tedious.

> **Pros**: I really the dashboard, and how clear it is to see what campaigns are succeeding or missing the mark in. I also appreciate the sequence of messages that allows for less effort on the behalf the person managing the campaign.

> **Cons**: I wish the free trial was longer or that all the tiers of service came with a higher level of support. For $700 a year I would like to see maybe an AI Co-Pilot to help me maximize success. If I don't find it in the next few months I don't know if I would recommend Dripify to someone. It might be more effective to just pay for a more expensive version of LinkedIn for a few months -- still cheaper than $700.

> Thus far it's been pretty good. It's hard to see the total value after a few weeks but I hope that as I learn more and after I receive support after submitting this survey, that I will feel like it justifies such a large price tag.

> **Cons**: - 3 templates is not great, would LOVE to see many many more options (Similar to Outreach, HubSpot, etc...&#10;- Maximum Actions per day- these should align with LinkedIn standards. I don't understand why you are limiting this- its obviously your internal software limits, but when people are spending $99 a month, you should have enough money to bump your Infra to support customers needs
