> **Pros**: Glassbox provides me with an in-depth session replay where all event and API calls including customer events and attributes are visible in the order of which they happened during the session

> **Cons**: Sessions often expire after a short period of 30 min which prevents us from replaying them right away. we need to re-log into the system again. and this can be annoying.

> The Glassbox overall have been very attentive to our requirements and we are having a long and productive relationship with them . there business insight team is always keen to support us with any requirements we might have
