## Reviews

### "TextFree Review" — 5.0/5

> **Cornelius Tian Andi** | *28 April 2025* | Farming | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: it is simple app, easy to use, and free texting
>
> **Cons**: come with frequent ad that can interrupt
>
> it is good since it is free and can be secondary communication tool

### "Text free is a life saver" — 4.0/5

> **Nicholas** | *10 January 2025* | Automotive | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: I don’t know how many times I’ve been without reliable cell service provider or just been plain broke and TextFree is the most hassle free way to get a dependable phone phone number that’s available practically anywhere and it’s free.
>
> **Cons**: The option to get a verification text was kind of a let down so I couldn’t use it to verify emails or log ins however now with the premium version that amenity is provided
>
> Excellent\! I’ve had to use this app multiple times over the years. Easy as signing up with your email and picking a number. Sometimes a previous number I’ve used will be an option and my old messages are actually still saved so that’s kind of neat.

### "No support & Big Unresolved Bug in App" — 1.0/5

> **Matthew** | *28 November 2023* | Information Technology & Services | Recommendation rating: 0.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Makes calls just fine but sometimes I do not hear it ring on incoming calls.
>
> **Cons**: My TextFree App keeps, during calls forcing the speakerphone on and I have been trying to reach out to them for a year now and they never respond. I tried all the trouble shooting possible on my end and nothing works. I can lay my phone on the table with out even touching it and the speaker phone turns on and off causing my ears to burst with pain. Contacting Samsung next but I really think it has to do with the developer of the app and maybe google....
