The templates for user personas look great and easy to customize.

I have to pay for it. Lol But it is a good app.

What I liked most about Xtensio is the potential it has, especially for college students who's just trying to find something to get by. This brand is good for people wanting to use data and different methods to make tons of graphs or personas. I also like the many options it has for making specific data.

What I don't like is how some templates doesn't allow a lot of changes to be made to them, on top of needing to pay for premium to download a graph when worked so hard on.

I got very good templates option that was very useful to me. Got ideas also that helped enhance the output I desired.

Didn't enjoy using the drag option as most times ended up messing my work. This feature needs to adjusted to make it more seamless and easy to use

Easy to use and to customize templates to jump start your projects. A good selection of different tones and feel in the templates helps your ability to have your own tone, touch, and feel of content.

While the templates options are strong, I find it challenging to find new templates that may give me new ideas. I find good templates for existing ideas but am not finding new ways to expand my use case.

I don’t like how limiting it is on what you can do inside the software itself it’s very frustrating to change a design plan to get it to work the right way

I use and present with xtensio and utilize the free forever option for students that do not opt in ($). I cannot describe the transformation I see in student's eyes when they are able to take dull lecture and reading and actually get hands-on. All our sections have a hands-on component its a hallmark of our program so xtensio changes young lives amd possibly launched a few careers!

Little busy at first but if you're in a course and the instructor is able to start at personas say, from there your excellent recommendation feature puts the next step close by and intrigues the student to keep searching for more. I could easily see the "AI" component to xtensio working like a GPT or stand alone agent. Great software!

I’ve been using Xtensio for the user persona and I love it so far. The template is easy to navigate and highlights everything I need. Very visually appealing and easy to use!

My only complaint would be that sometimes it is hard to drag and move images across the templates but that’s only a minor issue.

Xtensio is amazing, there’s lots of things I like, I can’t think of something I don’t like.

The ease of being able to create branded sales sheets for our various partners is amazing. The digital sales sheet that can be constantly updated without having to send our partners new links and files is a massive win!

There were a couple of times that the section formatting didn't match from the editable page vs the link to the presentable page. This seemed to correct itself in a short amount of time so it wasn't that big of an impact.

The product is affordable and easy to use/get started for small business.

The extensions to output PDF files is more costly

Xtensio has beautiful UX Persona templates, which is what I mainly use their service for. However, I would use it more for other UX design tasks if they can add or improve some features I mentioned on the rating page.

There are key features missing, such as layout, size, and typography customization, that are standard features of other applications I use, like Miro, Lucidchart, Google Docs, Powerpoint, and even MS Word.

I came across Xtensio when I needed it most. And it really came in handy.

I like it all, but sometimes loading can take a bit of time.
