Travel and Hotel Accomadation can be clubbed and can be seen in one screen view at the same time. Also we can keep Business and Personal Travel Seprate but on the same app.

The avaliability of Hotel is not checked and updated on a real time or near about real time basis. Which leads to the Delay in hotel booking and not getting the requesed or prefred hotels/accomodations.

Creating travel plan and getting approval is very easy. Support of Itilite has been really fantastic.

Less Hotel Option and Train booking have been very slow. Most of the time the ticket went un available till the revert from your team

I wish software was a little faster populating options and that important options like an initial look over travel options and receipt capture worked as well on cell phones as it does on computers

It takes lot of time in showing available options for flight and hotels for booking and even after booking it takes lot of time to get the vouchers of flight and hotels. Sometimes not receiving the vouchers for booked hotels . Secondly the pricing of flights and hotels looks higher than other online portals.

Itilite doesn't Book hotels from own end they use third party app which creates lots of difficulty while check in

The interface is easy to use. The corporate deals when available are good.

1) Sometimes the time filters are not applied
2) No clarity over which ones are the corporate deals
3) Sometimes the fares shown are incorrect
4) Its not useable on phone

Booking Facility is very easy, flight selection and seat selection process is very easy

it gets log time to update recharge amount.
