Notezilla does and many more. you can change appearance, as well as transparency. you can also choose to hide the note and/or show it. if you have multiple notes, you can hide them and show them whenever you want.
Notezilla is a great choice.

> **Pros**: What I like about Notezilla is the ability to keep digital stick-it notes on your phone or tablet, along with images and screen shots, as well as an online/desktop version (if you have windows) and the general ease of use and design.

> **Cons**: What I do not like about the software is the fact that though can use it on your iPhone/iPad, it is only for Windows desktop, and not Mac which, as a Mac user, I find to be pretty inconvenient.
