For us at the Hospice Foundation the ability to reach out to people interested in our educational, training and integration activities is crucial. It's way more easy to keep in touch with some help with professional, reliable and user friendly web platform like ClickMeeting.

Pros

User friendly interface making it easy for both hosts and participants to navigate and use the platform. Reliable, dependable webinar service - never detected any technical issues, no lags, no cut outs.

Cons

Some features or settings are less intuitive to navigate. I.e. I found it challenging to spot the archival recordings and data.

ClickMeeting offers a positive experience overall, thanks to its user-friendly interface and valuable features. However, addressing the identified limitations could further enhance its functionality and make it an even more valuable tool for virtual meetings and presentations across various platforms.

Pros

For global accessibility, ClickMeeting has unique features used by people worldwide. We use it for a couple of years already, and we've seen people joining from all over the worlds who many times confirmed that this tool is easily accessible and people find it easy to interact with. hat means as long as you are using ClickMeeting, do not worry about how your virtual meetings will be since the application would still perform well no matter where your invitees are situated.
Besides, integrations with other systems like GetResponse makes it easy to invite all past participant for any future events. It offers high quality sound and video.

Cons

Our presenters noted that sharing their screen in full mode may encounter difficulties as they are unable to view the chat or camera feed, impacting the overall usability. These limitations have been highlighted by several users as areas requiring enhancement.

I highly recommend ClickMeeting for mediation meetings

One of the aspects I like most about ClickMeeting is its intuitiveness and ease of use. The interface is clear, making navigation through the platform straightforward, and the features are easy to understand and utilize. This allows users to quickly and efficiently organize online meetings without unnecessary complications.

Cons

It's difficult to pinpoint one thing that I liked least about ClickMeeting, but if I were to identify something, it would be the lack of additional functionality, specifically the ability for all meeting participants to edit documents collaboratively.

Apart from the main advantage that we described above, it is really important to highlight that we have a great collaboration with the company of ClickMeeting. They are always extremely responsive and willing to assist us in the best possible way.

Pros

What we appreciate most about ClickMeeting is the ease with which we can customise various aspects of our events' image, such as registrations, waiting rooms, and main rooms. This capability lends a highly professional appearance to our events and is incredibly simple to implement.

Cons

Once one gets used to the ClickMeeting features, everything works perfectly, so we have not identified any disadvantages to it.

ClickMeeting has been relatively pain-free to administer, and where there have been hiccups, the excellent customer service has made it all worth it. Despite a significant time difference, ClickMeeting always provides me with prompt and thorough responses.

Pros

ClickMeeting is easy to use, with a fairly intuitive dashboard and room layout. We were able to launch it with minimal training for our presenters.

Cons

Enabling microphones for attendees by our presenters is not always reliable; we don't need to do it often, so it has not been a huge drawback.

Clickmeeting has allowed us to seamlessly organise events and webinars. There has been a remarkable absence of bugs, and any difficulties we had with the software were quickly resolved by the support team. The overall experience using Clickmeeting has been overwhelmingly positive

Pros

The ease of use and reliability guaranteed by ClickMeeting make it a perfect tool for a rapidly growing NGO such as our organisation. It has allowed us to organise webinars and info sessions within a very short period of time. New members of our organisation were able to quickly and intuitively grasp how to use the tools provided by the platform, allowing us to host a larger amount of events than we could with another provider, thus allowing us to help more people

We found no significant cons in the software. It has proven itself a perfect fit for our needs

Simple operation.Notification support.The ability to upload presentations and display them to participants in high quality.Possibility to conduct a webinar for up to 500 people.

Pros

We are satisfied with using ClickMeeting to plan online events, primarily webinars and workshops. 

ClickMeeting features an intuitive and straightforward user interface that makes it simple for anyone to start a video conversation or join an online event. Tool is very simply to use and doesn't need to be installed. Meetings are usually stable, even in low-bandwidth conditions. ClickMeeting offers a variety of features, including Follow-up emails, Presentation mode, Automatic recording of meetings. The platform provides tools for engaging with attendees, such as chat and Q&A session.

Cons

We didn't notice any disadvantages of the software.

Pros

All required features out of the box. Best in class customer support and honestly caring about our special needs. Very solid and stable streaming platforms for huge online events.

Cons

Minor parts of the webinar room from the speaker side needs a refresh / redesign, but overall doesn't impact the grand user experience.

--> tracking source who signed up for the

-> you can by accident start live webinar before start time
-> you can not save and customize your template, each time you need to build from start

If you create a live event, you cannot change it to an on demand one (or other type). Contact us to accomplish it. 3. Timeline consists of all live event sessions started in your account (one event could be started more than once (accidentally), so each sessions has its own statistics and they are not considered as duplicates. 4. As for the template, there is no such possibility but you can create a "test" event with all necessary settings. 5. Moving on to the event start feature, once you joined the room, there are two buttons to prepare and start the event available for a user but if you clicked the wrong button you have 5 sec to undo event start and start it later on.
