I have nothing to dislike about this software so far.

Easiest employees recognition and email functionality to individual email adresses.It has multiple options for ecards which our employees claimed.

Some times the portal processes the the gift card but it gets stuck during processing and amount is deducted but no giftcard is sent on email.

1)To claim the total value, you may end up claiming them as dozens of gift cards. Instead, there should be a provision to claim the full value of a single gift card2) In a given instance, rewards with a value lower than Rs.25 cannot be claimed. Similarly, some rewards are left away in each instance and cannot be clubbed and redeemed.

Tango Card's Rewards Genius platform has no fees or minimums to begin using it, and it is simple to navigate and very intuitive. I like that I only need to provide an email address and a dollar amount, which can also be done en masse, to send out gift card links.

While there are customization options including adding additional fields or changing logos, there were not nearly enough customization features than I had initially expected.

Tango saves our business tons of hours by providing our users with digital cards. Redemption is fast and easy to understand. It's much better than other competitors. I can't recommend it enough.

It came to our attention that some users are complaining about the physical card fee. It charges $3 for it. I wish Tango would waive this fee. This is my only complaint so far.

I love getting emails in my inbox ANY TIME they’re from Tango, It's always a E-gift card with a code I can redeem instantly for money on my favorite shopping sites! U should definitely get ur rewards from Tango! They are fast and efficient at getting your reward to you pronto!!

Very easy to use for both ordering/distribution and usage by the end user. Support is great whenever we have any questions.

We have had no issues at all using Tango Card. We have distributed thousands of gift cards and have had zero issues.

The thing I like the most about Tango Card software is that it lets me to consolidate several incentives into one, so that way I don't have to juggle several links to figure out what is claimed and what is not. Also it lets you to look at the past history of your incentive, so you can track down your record; this is great so that way I don't dare to do any duplicate work.

The send out separate email for the claimed gift card. The system is little bit confusing because you can't access your gift card on the Tango platform and the gift card code is only accessible through the link included in that email. Not that I am complaining, but sometimes I have to look closely into my inbox to catch the right email.

I like it when many companies utilize Tango as an option to pay their users from gifts to payment for work. The emails sent out explains the easy steps in how to redeem your card. They also allow you to choose from multiple gift cards which makes the experience great. I've always received all communication quick and never had to use customer service for anything. I've been using Tango for over 4+ years and always enjoy using them.

I get sent many tango cards from different companies. I struggled in how to figure out how to stack the amount all in one lump sum vs $5 here or $40 there/

It has greatly helped us to streamline our distribution of gift cards to employees whether that be for reaching service milestones, winning a contest or as a Christmas bonus. The amount of time savings is incredible as we sent several hundred gift cards together which normally would have taken several employees at least a day we now handle within an hour with one dedicated employee.

The only downside I have noticed about Tango is the catalog does differ between Canada and US. In Canada it would be great to see some additional vendors added as we do still occasionally have some employees give feedback that a store they were hoping to purchase from was not listed.

What I really enjoy about this this software is that it gives you the opportunity to reward those who find you joy digitally. Due to COVID19 we have been practicing social distancing and don’t have any touch contact with anybody . E- gift cards is really the way to go .

what i dislike sometimes about this software is that it has the tendency to not even be able to work or just not be redeemed-able

The E-Gift Card Rewards and Incentives by Tango Card is the best service for organizations and their clients to move on digital rewards and shopping. It helps me to get and spend my rewards and incentives on the internet.

with E-Gift Card Rewards and Incentives you cannot get any reward as cash and some best market places are available where you can spend the amount.

How easy and smooth the process was. This was the first time using this type of software.

What I enjoy most is the simplicity of it. Even my grandmother can use it.

The only con about using it is the uploading option which is really not a con. With everything else being so simple that option should be a little more customizable.
