> **Pros**: YouTube is probably my favorite and most used website. Between Youtube and YouTube Music I think it accounts for at least 50% of my activity online. YouTube has so many great aspects\!

> **Cons**: Youtube has very few drawbacks in my experience. I've noticed some lag and glitches from time to time but it's not consistent. And its probably due to bandwidth especially considering there's so many users on the website at the same time. Also, the ads for free usage can be excessive at times.

> **Pros**: I adore YouTube. It's one of the simplest and most fundamental apps that you can't live without. You can watch anything and everything on YouTube with this app, and the majority of the content is free. YouTube offers a variety of features, including audio, subtitles, easy uploading, and varying quality. It is wonderful software for both content makers and the watchers. Never really had a problem with YouTube thus never used customer service.
