- Forces Basic BPMN standards
- Linked and embedded subprocess functionality is leagues above any other tool
- Login is simple, controls are robust
- Discovery map is great for quick documentation
- Once you are trained on the little layout things, the process maps are pretty easy to work with

Collaboration is superb
- Permission controls are great for small teams
- Different levels of membership is nice

Beyond Documentation
- Analysis functionality is excellent
- Export to Word is really NICE
- Did I say analysis feature is awesome yet?
- Versioning is superb - You create versions easy and can switch back and forth on a whim.

> **Cons**: - Exports outside of Word are almost useless
- Transferring from tenant to another tenant is not easy without losing your information
- Viewer licenses cost a lot since you have to buy a large amount at a minimum with virtually no permissions
- Playback feature is nice, but confusing to setup
- I am still not sure why running a process is part of this offering, very misleading

> I love Blueworks Live as a VERY straightforward tool to use with customers trying to document processes.  It saves time, money, and frustration.  I have used a bit of process knowledge with this tool to show value leagues above what is provided by just implementing other process improvement approaches.  It supports SIPOC and all data needed to drive Lean Six Sigma analysis.  I feel the tool is a simple way to drive process improvements across any industry vertical and any size of company.

> I find it a very effective tool for modeling and monitoring processes. I understand that it is part of a larger suite that meets more needs, but as a starting point for an organization that is beginning to model and control processes, I find it very effective.
