I have known about seamless for quite some time and have recommended it over and over again to many clients and business owners across the states. I was thrilled to get an opportunity to leverage it for our business.

Due to our very niche offering, we couldn't fully utilize the value of the intent feature. After some exploring, we discovered it was not a seamless issue.

Aside from that small hiccup, i have to say the best part of seamless was the customer care they provide. Special shout out to [sensitive content hidden] for taking a lot of time to work with my organization to provide not only training, but best practices to generate the best results possible with the features that did pan out for us. That experience is what will keep me shouting the good graces of seamless.

Absolutely horrible, their customer service is absolutely garbage and they don't help at all.

Seamless will do anything to get you to sign up and lock you into an annual subscription. The leads are sub-par and you are limited to a certain number per day. Save yourself and find a reputable lead generation company, not one built on misleading their clients.

I used Seamless for 2 years. As my anniversary approached, a salesperson reached out to me by email, at which time I told him I did not want to renew. He argued with me. He would not cancel my account. I have a ton of emails to him to prove it too. So I canceled the credit card I signed up with to prevent another charge prior to my anniversary. Somehow, they were able to place a charge on my new credit card, without my permission, with the CV code, and without a chip. The worst part here is that NO OTHER COMPANY OR PERSON knew of this credit card.. so they found out the information, and pushed a charge through without my permission, and with a card I never authorized them to use. That's wrong, fraudulent, and stealing from me however you look at it. They don't respond to emails from me, and when you call to speak to accounting, you can't, you only get sales or support. PEOPLE, YOU HAVE OTHER CHOICES. That's all I will say at this time.

I am able to generate leads in seconds and not only find one point of contact but several to choose from.

The tool itself is quite good, even if it does have some accuracy issues when it comes to its data. I will admit its not the same tool as zoominfo, and so its unfair to compare the two, so for what it is it works really really well.

My biggest gripe is the customer service. I have five licenses right now, and I would imagine that for someone spending a fair bit of money with the company, that I would have a customer success manager reaching out occasionally to make sure everything is going well with the platform. I never have that, even after 2 years as a client. In fact, I sent an email to seamless just last week about that very subject, and of course I get no response which is par for the course it seems.

I've heard similar stories from the recruiters in my community as well. I get the strong oppression that they care more about client acquisition than client retention, and when they get you as a client they pretty much forget about you as long as you're on recurring billing.

I think if they improve their customer service significantly, they'll have an unbeatable tool. As it stands right now, I'd say it's a great tool with poor customer service and support, which is why I've stopped recommending it in my training programs.

I've yet to fine one thing about this platform - software that I don't like. Which is a huge compliment coming from me. I've not had one single need to reach out to tech support yet which is pretty shocking. The only limits to functionality so far as I can see - appear to be the experience and self-training of the user. Each day as I log on in the morning, learn more and become more adept at the functionality... I wonder how I ever sold B2B without such an amazing tool.

Tool does what it should and does it well. Kudos to the support team: When we first started using the seamless add on it was interfering with our LinkedIn Recruiter messages. The technical support team at seamless did a nice job getting this issue to the engineering team and successfully resolved our problem.

It's great and affordable tool for email marketing. Helped us bring few enterprise customers!

trying to increase lead generation by name and market.

Terrible, signed a year contract, they lock you in and you have to give 60 days notice or they re-up you again. So you can’t get out. They also lie and frequently make changes to their TOS and are shady when they sell it to you. They make promises they don’t intend to keep and when you bring up the issues they treat you like garbage. One support rep named [SENSITIVE CONTENT] in particular. My recommendation is to STAY AWAY!
Off to leave more reviews. Already found several alternatives that I’ll be switching too. Biggest issue, in an entire year not one of their leads worked, it’s bogus bad OLD data. Not one response! Other platforms I’ve used have yielded far better results and actually leads and sales. Seamless Ai is a scam company. Plain and simple.
