> **Pros**: We really like that we retain the benefits of Sharepoint - security of data, collaboration tools etc. - whilst adding really simple and easy to use interface over the top. The ability for clients to e-sign documents without needing to use a portal was also key.

> **Cons**: Some Sharepoint nuances still shine through in terms of pre-fixing document names to ensure ordering of bundled packs.
> 
> Data migration went more or less according to plan. The training and support offered is first class and the NZ - UK time difference hasn't slowed things down. The software is evolving all the time and SuiteFiles are happy to listen to feature recommendations.

> **Cons**: The only real issue we have is that all team members have the same access and permissions, which is dangerous in our new data breach reporting world. My junior team members should be able to be restricted from certain functions until they gain the experience required.
