Excellent workflow management with Limble

Now that we have this system in place, we can more efficiently manage tasks, inventory, and look into the future. Having this allows one more time to devote to other important pursuits. After PMs have been added and their frequency has been established, users can log in and examine the PM calendar to see what PMs are scheduled for the current day, the next day, and the upcoming week.
Pros
Limble's logic is novel in that it is both intuitive and straightforward. It's simple to make a bill of materials. Adding new components to assets or getting rid of old ones is simple. It's simple to reassign duties and reissue work orders.
Cons
There aren't many drawbacks. My only suggestion is to add a column to the schedule that displays the ratio of available to scheduled man-hours. From a time-management point of view, it is useful to have that data at hand.

It has been great. I led the entire implementation from beginning till end. The CSM was really helpful and the account manager also was aware of our needs. The software does have some bugs on widgets that we have created but they're fixed within a week. The global dashboard is super helpful in getting good understanding of all your different locations really easy and quickly.
Pros
The easy to setup workflows and templates for work requests and PM is an interesting feature we love in our team.
Cons
The limited options for reporting metrics. Like the type of graphs and options to measure only specific metrics that it offers it pretty narrow. We would love to see something which is more varied and have more options to pick from where we customize dashboards. Also, would love to see the product team working on tickets much faster than the usual response time.

I like the accessibility with Limble. I can use it from my computer, tablet or phone. I can have access while at the project site to look up parts, history or all sorts of information related to the project.
Cons
The search engine can be very specific. If you don't know exactly how something is listed in the database it can be hard to find quickly.

The sales staff and customer service have been great. [sensitive content hidden] keeps in touch and is more than willing to help when needed. [sensitive content hidden] also provides helpful information if we are "stuck" on an issue.
Pros
The ease of use is the best part of the product. We were able to import our past data and keep our maintenance history. The inventory function is superior to our previous product. [sensitive content hidden] has been very helpful with our transition.
Cons
Importing data takes a little getting use to, but works once you have the spreadsheets formatted correctly. We cannot import old purchase orders, but we have found a work around.

Limble was the lowest cost proposal. This product allows all plant employees to have easy, mobile access to all inventory, parts, work requests, and preventative maintenance tasks. The cloud based system allows software updates to be administered automatically, meaning the Power Plant will always have the most up-to-date version. Besides access to the software, the annual price covers set up, maintenance fees, data backup, and instant customer support. The most crucial features the Power Plant needs in a CMMS are inventory management, work order capabilities, plant status quick view, usability, and scheduling abilities.- Industry: Real Estate

My overall experience with Limble has been great. It’s easy to use, even for those who aren’t tech-savvy, and has streamlined communication and coordination with tenants. It’s become the backbone of our operation, with most of our communications and tracking running through it now.
Pros

I really like our initial meetings with [sensitive content hidden], she was very knowledgeable in answering our questions. Working With [sensitive content hidden] was great, we had a lot work to do as for transferring our data and she helped us along the way. Everyone has been helpful in the live chat as well. I do wish the training sessions were longer than the half hour that was allotted. AS we spent a lot of time asking questions from the previous week and it didn't always give much time to learn and understand what we needed to learn. Overall Limble has a very good and affordable product, but it definitely has some growing and changing that needs to be done. I am optimistic that they are listening to the changes that we are recommending based on our experiences so far. I think they have a very bright future in the industry.
Pros
It took us from using a very outdated unconnected software system to a much more modern and user friendly option
Cons
Sorting parts the way you want can be difficult if you do not understand what you are trying to search, sometimes changes say that they have saved but when you go back later they were not. Also searching previous pm does not bring up the results we are looking for. I think the biggest drawbacks are the fact that you cannot save a screen setup you want and go back to it instead once you leave that tab you have to start over so you have to keep several internet browser pages open if you want to work on more than one thing at a time. Lastly when viewing a list of parts assigned under an asset there is no search to get to something quickly so you may have to scroll through hundreds of parts.

Limble was the first CMMS that we used as a company and has been absolutely transformative to how we handle maintenance. We are a small team and there was little to no training that we needed. The online chat to ask questions was enough to address the vast majority of our questions, and our contacts at Limble have remained in contact and are consistently checking in to make sure that everything is working up to our needs.
It makes tracking tickets easy and catalogs them all for you. PMs are handled in a very straightforward way that is easy to understand. Everything is searchable and sorted under the asset that it belongs to, that is a big help.
It helps operators report by walking them through the info that we need and even letting them attach pictures simply.
It is a little more pricey, but the features that Limble offers and the intuitive nature of the service makes it well worth the cost from where I am concerned.
Pros
Asset specific work reporting - No more tracking people down to ask what was having the problem.
PM - templates for editing what is done per PM, schedule to get the PM done in a timely manner.
Parts inventory - parts can be cataloged with photo and associated to assets.
Easy of use - it is pretty intuitive to just pick up and use.
Cons
Some features, eg some templates, are only accessible through a click tree.
Some bugs in time tracking, the app or website will refresh occasionally and reset the timer or close the ticket that is open.
Reasons for Switching to Limble CMMS
Intuitive nature and product feel. There was little to no training that needed to happen for our users, the operators on the shop floor picked up work reporting through QR code mostly without a hitch. My experience has been fantastic. After using other programs for years, there were always things that my teams and I wished we could have, or do, or track, but with Limble, every need and want is covered. I couldn't imagine switching to a different program after using this one.
Pros
What I like most about Limble is that it has a multitude of options to keep us organized as a team. From tracking, to reporting, to ease of operation for our users and our submitters, every touch point of a maintenance operation is covered and perfected by Limble. Their support is unmatched by any other program I've used. Aside from having a dedicated rep, there are also webinars, tutorials, courses, and even a Limble-specific social media type of community that you can reach out to if you have questions or want to find ways to better utilize the software. After working for 12 years in the industry and using countless other programs, Limble is by far the all-around best one that I've used. when I first moved forward with implementing this system, I thought it was going to be much more difficult to get setup. But the support team gets you right through it quickly and easily. It has already streamlined our maintenance process beyond what our expectations were.
Pros
Customization and support are by far the best things about this product. No software can stand the test of time without solid support. Limble is always moving forward with innovative updates and interface designs.
Cons
There isn't much not to like. And although Limble's price is competitive, it is on the upside of costs for CMMS software but make no mistake, there are much more complicated and harder to use software systems out there at much higher prices.

Overall, we're happy with the software, and we were easily able to tailor it towards our needs. I'm sure we will underutilize the vast number of features available, but over time we hope t work up to the software's capabilities.
Pros
It was nice to find a software that anyone could use. Many other options tend to only "speak" maintenance or upper management, and usually are unable to bridge the gap. It was also very easy and straight forward to set up, and any assistance was covered in the weekly hands-on meetings or the vast tutorials available. We were easily up and running within a month and a half across the 10+ machines we set up for our initial rollout, with a plan to scale this further.
Cons
While I understand why the pricing structure is what it is, it would be nice to see the base license be more expensive, but more accommodating. While it's a consequence of our facility, requiring operators to have individual licenses to close out daily PM's seem a little much. This seems structured more for a maintenance team that performs every PM rather than splitting the work between operator and maintenance.

Very positive. Having a Limble contact directly assigned to your company is very helpful when onboarding and building out the system. [sensitive content hidden] (Customer Success Manager) is a great example of this- very willing to help solve problems and get down into the inner details of the system interactions to get you a reasonable answer. Limble's customer service team comes across very respectful and humble- they are willing to accept that some things in the system are not yet perfect and will tell you the truth when you are trying to make Limble do something it is not built to do. Overall great experience and I look forward to continue working with them to further build out my company's unique structure.
Pros
Limble's ease-of-use provides for easy start-up and explanation to new users. The system logic is relatively easy to understand and is great for what it is built to do: be the an amazing CMMS. It also excels as a company database/register for Vendors, parts, and company assets.

Pros
Being new to CMMS programs, the ease of using Limble removed the overwhelming feeling of learning a new system. Video training is available, resetting passwords offers several options, the chat feature to reach out for help is second to none. Quick response and typically quick fixes. The service team helps by screen sharing, to creating or sharing a video on how to accomplish something. Plus there's a Customer Success Manager who can meet with you, and provide additional assistance if needed.
Cons
Saving a log-in link will cause issues when updates/changes are made, so you shouldn't save the link as a favorite. Limble ipods are too small, hard to see, cover is so large it hides too much of the screen.
Parts - a notification "reminder" would be helpful if a part does not get ordered/stocked within a certain amount of time to eliminate the part dropping to a critical level.
