Ability to try for free and easy to sign up.

Clients having trouble utilizing the online portal and syncing the clients vs patient part.

It provides the ability to securely send documents to my patients for electronic signatures for free. I do not know of other free options like this.

I did not realize that when I was sending documents to my patients for signatures they were seeing my personal email address to reply to, since that is what I signed up with. Fortunately, support was quickly able to help me change what address was shown.

user friendly - it is easy for practitioners to manage client records, appointments, and billing without extensive training.

overly priced- its pricing may be a concern for some users, particularly small businesses or solo practitioners.

I love CarePatron and the customization features. I also love the Template format, how you can set up the services and how the services are color coded.

Sometimes it can be glitchy, but it’s been very rare this happens nowadays.

It’s simple and has things to make easing into EHR usage comfortable.

Struggled getting clients to sign in and connect with me.

Nice UI design. Easy to navigate, templates included. Is available for folks outside of the US and is built to be set up for people globally and not just in the US.

Difficulty integrating google meet with the calendar invites. I don't like how clunky the client record looks, I wish that that there was a timeline on the left or right side which includes all the notes and forms rather than them being all grouped together.

1) Simple interface and logical functionality - all of it quite intuitive.
2) Template library with ability to create one's own forms
3) Different viewing options - Day, Week

Not so much 'like least' but more personal preferences for certain functions:
1) Inability to opt-out of 'pop-up' appt reminders
2) Would like to be able to customize schedule (Calendar) time slots to better the display of appointments.
3) Some of the screen 'real estate' could be condensed for better visualization

Everything. Fully HIPPA compliant video and client record CRM FOR FREE!!! If you need to upgrade it’s very cheap. Support is fantastic; always pushing out new features, listening to customers feedback. Video is stable. Scheduling is easy for the host or the clients. Easy to integrate zoom, google, and Microsoft. Has templates to use for many uses. Easy to use Stripe for billing

Nothing it’s all been a dream. Constant updates fix any bugs that pop up quickly

The customer service is great, the product is great. In particular, if I have a special need the product is updated to reflect that need in a timely manner. I like access to the templates so I can customize these for my specific needs.

I want the product to offer resources to be CRM system in addition to EHR system. An integrated approach would be awesome. To have a BAA covered marketing and communication system integrated with EHR is something missing in the market.

I love the unfussy appearance and ease of use. Everything is there, but uncluttered. It has the feel of minimalism but with capabilities good for any individual or group practice.

Lack of connection to Insurance clearinghouse... we need that for at least some of our team members.

I honestly have no cons regarding Carepatron. The software is great.

Carepatron has many resources that make work much easier to carry out processes, it adapts to the specific needs required to speed up the workflow and allow for more effective and productive performance among the entire work team.

The pricing makes this platform affordable for small/new practice owners. Help team is responsive.

There are fewer options for customizing appointment reminders. My clients reported it wasn't user-friendly on their side.

I really find carepatron easy to set up, easy to customize to my needs and the help team are extremely helpful and accommodating. Any suggestions to improve things have been taken seriously and I really feel valued as a customer.

I do not have any real dislikes about Carepatron at this time.

As a sole practitioner in a counseling private practice, Carepatron has been an excellent choice for managing client scheduling and billing. It is extremely cost effective, which has been important in managing my budgeting.

I am excited to see how Carepatron will continue to expand their forms applications so that I can customize and digitize more of my client forms.
