My email open rates tanked when I moved to Elastic. Upon investigation, I realised that even though the system was saying that the emails were delivered, they were not actually delivered. The customer service team is responsive, but they are not very helpful. You end up going in circles from one help article to the next. Finally, they pin it at it's your fault and you need to increase the quality of your emails. However, it doesn't explain why the same email content, from the same domain, will get delivered to an email address using kartra, but not get delivered using Elastic\! Complete ludacris. Please save yourself the heartache in advance. Don't use this email service. > > No benefits.
