I adore the easy-to-use navigation and stylish look of GoTo Meeting. It takes only a few seconds to get a free trial of Google Calender, and it integrates with ease. The ability to take notes on the screen during a meeting is one of the most useful features. One useful tool is the timer, which may be stopped, paused, or hidden from guests. The sessions are saved in GoTo Meeting for a year and have the ability to be recorded, paused, and resumed. Keyboard shortcuts and settings are easily accessible from within the meeting window. Eight-hour sessions are only accessible with a paid subscription, but even the 40-minute free trial is sufficient for most events.

Outlook integration can look difficult at times. I've used Zoom and Microsoft Teams, and the interaction with Microsoft Outlook appears to be flawless. I like the ability to have a video / audio conference and being able to launch it from a browser. The Screen Sharing function is also nice for tech support.

It can be confusing for first time users to get audio working, and the delay on the screen share function is very noticable.

I like the ease of switching from desk phone to mobile

User interface on the desktop can be cumbersome.

This tool is quite safe and does not have an extensive list of vulnerabilities like other brands of its competition.When we used it, it was quite fast and light.

I think that it should have the possibility of being able to share files during the remote session, it was a problem having to find another tool to send files during the session, however other products that compete with this tool have this functionality.I also think that if the shared screen could be Zoomed it would be useful in some occasions of Support or remote presentation.The possibility of holding remote meetings simultaneously is important (when you have several clients at the same time and several support agents), it would be important for the brand to evaluate having this functionality that its competition does have.

Meeting are now made easier than ever. It's a very secure and very quick to access. We can easily connect with our clients any way we want. By sharing screen and video conferencing with everyone it is very easy to discuss issues concerning our clients. You should all try this, meetings run smoothly and with very flexible security options that align with our companies policy.

It hasn't frustrated me in any way since I started using it.

The transcripts generated post meetings, very much helpful in capturing customers sentiments and information required at a later stage

It is the easiest to install, collaborate and also easy to use.Super satisfying with robust conference calls plus uploading and downloading files is just a breeze for easier sharing.

My instructors use GoTo Meeting for webinars. It runs great for them, as well as for me and my peers. Screen sharing is seamless and everything in the UI just makes sense.

As mentioned earlier, sometimes, audio can cut out or sound robotic. These issues are usually temporary.
