I would say great.. I tend to interact more with people. Most especially creating a group with your family members even when you are apart,you can still communicate.

Sometimes I feel to receive too many messages from the group chat. The only thing I can do is turn off the notifications. However, overall, I am quite pleased with having instant communication at work, as it is very helpful when I need quick attention. Also, it is easy to use as well.
