Pros
The specific reason for which I selected Pabau is that it has an excellent scheduling feature for multi clinic operations. This was an essential feature for me and is working flawlessly.
After that, the training is excellent, [SENSITIVE CONTENT] has been spectacular to help us get into the software.
Cons
So far nothing really; I would make the CRM section a bit more comprehensive, nevertheless, as we can customise it, it is not an issue at all.

It was really easy process. When I was looking for options Pabau came upon search. Reached out with some caution as not heard about it and my family uses Semble.
But, from the first meeting onwards they surprised me, found very informative, cost effective especially for small business like mine. No hidden costs. Pabau academy is excellent. The staff would reach out and resolve issues quickly

I was happy with Pabau 1.However Pabau 2 was mandatory for all clinics and I was pushed to change it to it.
The software doesn’t work properly.Emails are disappearing from patients cards,you have to create services couple of time in order them to show in the software.I did create service myself 5 times and it still not possible to add it on the invoice.There are lots times when it is simply just not opening ,you have to reload page 10 times in order it to work.Absolutely horrible software.Contacted customer support lots of times,sent video about issues,since July no improvements.It cause massive disruption at work .Very disappointing.

There is nothing I like in Pabau 2 because it still needs to have lots of improvement

It is a one stop shop and allows us to manage bookings, records and finances all in one place
Cons
We have to use lots of workarounds to track progress so we have many spreadsheets running alongside it and the reporting function is sub par to really get proper detail about what's happening in the business without paying extra for custom reports

pretty shady so far. They took my existing customer data quickly but since then I can't get up and running on a system that I am being charged for.
Pros
I loved the demo and it appeared to do everything I wanted but there are some serious concerns at this stage.
1. So far the company has charged me over £600 and cannot supply a VAT invoice.
2. I have been trying to access support all week and no one has been able to resolve the issue.
3. The dashboard is different to the video learning films
4. When I signed up I said that I wanted access to support staff to help me configure it. So far there is no response.
Cons
It seems shady. You have no idea where the staff are located - they work weird hours and the answers I have which are genuine support questions are not being answered. I can't even get a call booked in which was part of the "GOLD" onboarding package I signed up to.

I must say I am dissapointed to see your review which has subsequently caused other people not to proceed with the software, when in fact, the team have been on hand to help you - and the main issue was your own router was blocking access to the terminal. I checked the onboaridng with the Onboarding manager and the emails that you have been sent would have contained all the links you needed to book in with our team at the relevant time. In a world where reviews mean to much, I do think to be called shady is not a fair especially as you had not completed the academy which is requested. As I said to you last week, my team are at your full disposal to get setup, and hopefully you will be able to leave a more considered review when you have completed the onboarding and are fully setup. I should also note VAT invoices are always available on request, if you email [email protected] they will resend it. Kane

Pricing has to be competitive and certain features need to be improved

I liked the Calendar feature, REcords Management feature, Templates are handy, Marking for Botox etc are compatible, Notifications are well designed.
Cons
The least I liked is their PRescription feature which is complicated to use. Also the birthday templates are not fancy. Customer review template is also not up to the mark.

Overall Pabau does what it needs to until it doesnt. The software glitches and customer service is appalling. THE ABSOLUTE WORST. I have not been able to see my schedule for over 7 weeks and keep being told that it is in the process of being rectified by 'x' date and it does not. I can not speak to anyone and I am stuck. Find a company with better support!

Pabau has THE WORST customer service. Do not expect to speak to anyone. There is a standard response and issues routinely take 6-8 weeks to rectify. I have had 2 issues in the last two years and both incredibly frustrating- there is no contact person and there is no accuracy to when they will fix a problem. There is no apology and no attempt to help the situation.

The nature of development is some issues take longer to solve than others based on priority and how many clients are impacted, we are more than happy to deal with clients and work with them to make the system better , but when faced with nothing but lies from someone who supposedly understands how reviews can impact a business it’s surprising you have taken it upon yourself to not only give an inaccurate review, but may put others off by the fact you have downright lied. Pros
All patient records are secure and easy to access with a PIN, if necessary. Reports can be pulled regularly to monitor business performance. Lastly, there is extensive support from the training team to make use of Pabau to the fullest.
Cons
Pabau can create a more user friendly experience when adding forms. The ability to customize to one's liking is a difficult journey that would require more extensive skill to make happen.

PABAU app doesn’t work it redirect to website. PABAU newsletters once sent are totally different that how you design them on system. Contacts failing payments not going through. While project is a mess do not risk to bankrupt your business !

I have recently been migrated over to Pabau 2 and I can see the benefits of the new system. The online booking integration reduces my clinic admin as patients can book directly online
Cons
Customer service works but they take time to get back to you. Teething problems with the migration means some of my automated services set up previously aren'y currently working and need setting up again

Pabau’s invoicing and payment processing are seamless too, helping us keep our finances organized and professional. We also use Pabau’s automated reminders, which clients appreciate and reduce no-shows significantly.
Pros
Pabau has allowed us to focus more on delivering exceptional service to our clients by making our backend operations much more efficient and professional.
Cons
One minor area of improvement would be the learning curve; there are a lot of features to explore, so onboarding took some time. However, their support team has been responsive and helpful, answering our questions promptly and even offering training sessions.

I don’t know how the UK is but I can tell you that they are really lacking support for US users. I...
I don’t know how the UK is but I can tell you that they are really lacking support for US users. I love all the features but ever since they move to a newer version everything is not working smoothly. I am seeing so many technical errors and I can’t even talk to a person. I have to email back and forth not getting any solution from them. I have to figure out everything myself. I just want to cry with business being so busy and now I have to worry about this. I don’t even know where to start but there’s 100 things that’s now working right. So embarrassing for the clients. Email is not working. Invoice is not working. Services is not working properly. To name e few! I was content and happy with Pabau classic and pabau 2 looks pretty good but there’s just too many things not working right.
Pros
They have all the features you could ever need for a successful medspa
Cons
The support here in US is so bad. Ever since they upgraded to pabau 2 there’s too many technical issues and I can’t get ahold of them
