However, recently there have been more and more price hikes, and then this year with very little notice (2 months), decided to remove the very basic functionality of manually entered payrolls. For some users they have an option of changing their payroll provider to one which integrates with their platform, which is awkward mid-year, and incurs additional costs. In other cases, users are in a region where there is no partner payroll provider available\! On top of this, \_another\_ price hike has been announced for the coming months. So in the end, they are raising prices while removing functionality and inconveniencing customers that have been with them for many years. The product is simple to use and all members of our team are comfortable with it.
