The customer service is exceptional - from the customer service team, the avaialbility of contacting support and the things that Everlaw has chosen to include in the subscription (i.e. number of users being free), makes it a stand alone product. > > **Cons**: What I least like about Everlaw is that they are constantly updating the software, so even when I think I know how to use something, they go and make it better and I miss the release. That is really the only thing I can complain about. I can't keep up with the awesome things that make the platform better time and time again. > > Overall cost savings. The continuous updates to Everlaw have been great as well, such as being able to rotate a single page now and not all pages in a document. I also find the ability to unitize large files very useful when it comes to redacting and creating an accurate privilege log. > > **Cons**: I would like to be able to delete a page in a document (such as a blank pages that are part of a file import/upload). I would also like the ability to be able to rename any and all files/matters created. Another feature I would love to see is the ability to move or copy a timeline into another matter as sometimes I have cases that have overlapping, relevant information to more than one case. > > Overall I absolutely love using Everlaw and find it to be a great tool for organizing, reviewing, redacting, searching and producing documents in the discovery process. The smooth interface and the depth of keyboard shortcuts in your review window make it easy to code your docs in a way that almost feels fun. > > **Cons**: The biggest drawback of Everlaw is the expense. $30/GB/month is incredibly expensive for clients, particularly on bigger e-discovery cases. In fact, it's usually cost-prohibitive.
