loom is very easy to use, a plug-and-play kind of situation and I can get my presentations done without much hustle.

Loom primarily operated as an online tool. This means that users need an internet connection to record and access their videos.

I like that Loom is so easy to use. You can record a video on your phone and then easily upload or send it to someone.

I dont like that you can't download ypur video with the free version. I didn't know this until after I already did the video.

The new AI powered features that have been added to the platform such as enhanced transcriptions, the new tagging feature that tags specific parts of your recording for easy review at a later date, and even the automatic video title generator so you do not have to create and modify a name for your recording anymore, if you chose not to. They all help me save a ton of extra time and adds new capabilities to my workflow, including my automated workflow through Zapier.

I think it could use some better video editing and post-production capabilities. They have added some new features lately, but there are still a couple more that I would like to see, even on the free plans.

Loom is easily accessible for all of our employees for instructional videos

No real cons other than its a paid app but it offers a lot and worth it.

I like that you can use it for free (with certain limits) to be able to make an informed decision before buying. It's also a very convenient tool thanks to the practical sharing options.

The browser extension, while seemingly practical, didn't work well for me at all. Most of the time I had to use the main app instead.

Required me to rethink how to collaborate, but once the penny dropped this has been a huge time saver. Quick and easy to record videos to the team and tutorials for clients. All the edit functionality is really powerful and so can crop and triple my video without having to start again

Would love the ability to annotate on top of the video

If you are looking for a tool to either record your screen to help users, communicate with your screen, or make a tutorial, Loom is a perfect option. I love that they recently added frames for your photo/small self-video, screens for explanations and that you can control which screen you share. The free version is 5 minutes or less, so if you need more time than time you will need to pay, but it is worth it.

It might, in some cases, make my laptop (Mac) slower if I have it opened for too long. It gets fixed by closing and reopening it.

I love that I can share quick videos with my key account customers and my team. This helps me to save a lot of time and be more productive .. I just love it and I use every single day

I think a bit more option to edit the video that would be nice ..

During online teaching, Loom made my work in class much easier. I conveyed correctly, clearly what I wanted to present if I had held the class physically. I easily recorded the lessons for my students.

I can't fault anything either in terms of my work, teaching online, or as a trainer for the courses held. helped me create useful materials for both teachers and students

I have used Loom for bug reporting. It is a very useful product for bug reporting. I like mostly that Loom creates links and the record can see everybody that has the link. It is very easy to use to report bugs. My favorite screen recorder tool for testing.

If I don't have the premium the records limits are very less.

Intuitive and easy to use. I use it a lot for sales.

Sometimes edition is not that easy, and support team isn't the best.

You take it anywhere to use. Online!! Easy to transfer and convert!! Easy to record, edit, visual tools. Just a great product.

I hate being recorded or on cameras!! It's the same for most products the retakes and editing. But everyone has to do it. Theirs was Easy!

Look presented itself as an opportunity during the COVID pandemic for me to screen record and share lessons to my students virtually. I prefer Loom to other platforms like Screencastify because of the ease of use. The platform is easy to manipulate, and I love being able to share a direct link to my videos. I used Loom to record myself reading novels. This helped my students to be able to “read” with me. As a result, I have continued to record novels to share with my students.

Having a limited number (free version) of recordings in your library is a downfall, but I would say Loom is worth it!

People appreciate Loom for its ease of use, quick video recording and sharing capabilities, and the ability to combine screen capture with webcam footage. It enhances remote communication effectively.So do I!

Sometimes it's a bit buggy, to be honest. I've struggled a bit with the extension every now and then

The chrome plugin is awesome as it provides easy access to Loom to make on the fly recordings, videos and step by step walk throughs to share with my team or clients.

Even though the Plugin is great, it can freeze my browser for up to 10 seconds to load and then another few seconds to start recording. After creating a video, a personal dislike for myself, is managing permissions is not intuitive and a little confusing when I want to share certain videos and permissions with different stakeholders inside and outside my organisation.

I appreciate how I'm able to easily share a video with a link without having to download it as this saves me a lot of storage space and time.

I found it a bit tricky the first time i used it, but with time i got accustomed to it.

It's so much easier to create a quick video whether it's creating snapshots for internal teams or external customers

I think Loom's super intuitive and straight forward. It's easy to set-up and easy to use and get going. Been really helpful for me when trying to train the team on different jobs. I can simply record a video when I'm doing the job anyway, and do a voiceover training the team as I go. Then I can send it out and they can watch it at their disposal.

Nothing, it's a straight forward platform that does what it says on the tin.

Loom could be more easily integrated to other systems, right now the links work overall well, but it could all be better.

I use loom regularly in conjunction with Trainual. An excellent tool for screen recording processes and training my team.

No complaints at this time. Loom fulfills the purpose for which I use it well.

The ease and simplicity of screen recording. Having used it personally for quite some time I would say having to move between my mobile application and the desktop version to do a handle full of things at the same time with amazing synchronization was a good one for me.

It's an amazing solution and there’s nothing not to like about it.
