Figma rocks for design – no matter the stage! It's super easy to use for basic sketches (low-fidelity wireframes) and powerful enough to build complex, high-quality apps. Basically, Figma is awesome for design from start to finish!
Pros
I like the way that advancement is extremely simple in figma in light of the fact that the intelligent metatrails accessible in there and generally the modules caused my work to dispense more straightforward and Strong parts, auto formats and clearly tokenisation of plan framework. I also made my CV layout in it to make it look good.
Cons
I will say, Figma is minimal hard to use for amateurs. Highlights are too overlayered. This makes it somewhat hard here and there to appropriately sort out a particular element and more to it, symbols situations are not easy to understand

Pros
I like the variety and abilities Figma offers. It is pretty straightforward to use and although takes some time to learn, is an extremely versatile prototyping product
Cons
As a Figma instructor to students of graphic and web design just learning about UI/UX web design and prototyping processes, I find it to be more complicated than is helpful for learning new theory and software at the same time

Great Idea in Theory but Extremely Difficult to Use
Reviewed on 04/05/2024
Pros
The idea behind Figma is wonderful. It was made to help content and design teams work together in developing applications, instead of the two being siloed during the development process. Once learned, the commenting tools can help the two collaborate.
Cons
While the idea behind Figma is wonderful, it's not user-friendly at all. To start, our company had dozens upon dozens of trainings on it for months, which was proof of how difficult this new software was. It's very difficult to use its basic tools, like viewing screens. But the biggest drawbacks for our team was keeping track of all the different versions of the documents being edited and finding particular items within a screen to edit. Many on our team wanted to go back to the tried-and-true Excel and Word copy decks for the ease of document version control and the search-and-find function. I think Figma has some kinks to work out, though the idea is great.

Amazing collaborative design tool
Reviewed on 04/11/2024
Pros
Figma has been crucial to us building our mobile app. We designed the entire app using Figma. It's an amazing collaborative tool where our whole team can work simultaneously on designs and give feedback in real time. The mirroring feature allows for a great way to see how it'll look on the iPhone too!
Cons
The Figma community could improve in terms of search ability. Also, it is a little confusing how to create folders on Figma.

It has certainly has positioned itself to be a platform to design and test products and sites which is great. And for us who are in several different countries it effortlessly allows us to include input and design options but it has a problem and can freeze often. Especially in live testing.
Pros
Collaborating on Figma is one of it's strongest benefits. For global design teams it makes it easy to contribute ideas and develop and build products and sites in an efficient manner.
Cons
So it has occured many times where we're in the midst of wanting to test a product and the software is slow and sometimes freezing up. Even after checking to see if our own operating systems are up-to-date Figma can be really sluggish.

Amazing software I'd be lost without
Reviewed on 06/08/2024
Pros
It is a well-designed program clearly built by designers for designers. As a UX/UI designer, I would be lost without Figma, as I have never used any of its competitors. I absolutely love FigJam, too, and was so thrilled when that was rolled out, as I had used Miro and Mural in the past and didn't like having to toggle between two platforms. With Figma and FIgJam being as part of the same ecosystem, my work is streamlined significantly, especially since I can move designs between the two with ease.
Cons
There isn't much I dislike. There is a learning curve to do more advanced design work and there doesn't seem to be enough tutorials to cover everything, or the tutorials aren't always up to date to match current features, if they do exist. That said, I rely on a lot of random independent content creators who publish tutorials and guides to places like Medium and YouTube.

I like design editor layout, as it is easy to understand, i also like libraries for font and icon as it has varieties of libraries & plugin
Pros
It is easy to use, so many good libraries & plugins which saves my times a lot, and the best part is component based design, which help to do changes at one time and affect it at all screens
Cons
During the time of UI presentation when we do full screen and at that time if move our navigation towards top side then Figma's by default status bar occurs and some time we are not able to perform CTA

It helps me to create designs whenever I feel inspired or receive an order. It's a tool I will highly encourage you to take time and learn it.
Pros
I like Figma because it gives the ability to design simple and complex user interfaces without using a single code. It might seem complete on the first try but becomes easy when used to working with it.I prefer using it over many other UI design tools because it offers some advanced prototyping functionalities like creating reusable design elements, defining dynamic layouts that automatically adjust based on content changes, screen sizes, or device orientations, allowing me to create interactive and animated prototypes, and supports a wide range of plugins and integrations with other tools and services. It makes the design process extremely easy for me and saves time and resources - it boosts my user experience and productivity.
Cons
The only issue with Figma is that it can be hard and overwhelming to use when just getting started. It has a simple/complex user interface at the same time.

Figma offers outstanding feature capabilities, but loading a figma file in a browser takes too long, regardless of the browser you choose, and certain plugins can be a little flaky
Pros
It may not be the simplest to export all the properties, such as external CSS, or use of custom parameters, but there's no debate when it comes to prototyping, wireframing, etc
Cons
The fact that it's tethered to a connection makes it tougher to work with at times; when you're away working with no network and your assets won't load, it's a little frustrating

Pros
I have used Figma regularly for UI and Prototyping. It very easy to use and understand. I can easily import vectors for my UI and I can export the UI elements for Development. Prototyping is one best feature in Figma. It enables the High End Experience to my clients before development.
Cons

Overall, Figma is a must-have in my sales/marketing stack. You can even use the software offline while you're commuting, it's the ultimate design software in my opinion.
Pros

Cons

Easy to use, lots of pre-made designs to get you started.
Reviewed on 14/10/2024
Pros
Figma is really easy to use, tons of pre-made design kits which are easy to find with a quick google search to get you started. The components feature is particularly handy for quickly replicating frequently used sections.
Cons
It can be a little fiddly, sometimes components end up outside of the frame you want them in but this is easily rectified by checking your layers and dragging the component into the correct frame.
