My Google cloud review

Reviewed on 15/11/2024

Pros

What I liked most about Google cloud is the automatic backing up of all my photos and files. It's especially convenient when I forget to do it myself. And clears up tons of space on my device that would otherwise be full.

Cons

What I like least about it is that I have to pay for it. I feel like cloud storage is something that should be free for everyone given how much money Google already makes off us all.

Overall my experience has been a great one. I have continued to use it everyday!

Pros

One of my favorite features is working with the speech to text. I have vision issues so seeing the keyboard can be a problem. I love that it is something everyone could use. They offer a free version that gives you the ability to see what all Google Cloud has to offer and try certain things before you make a commitment. The security it offers also goes above and beyond to make sure your personal information is safe.

Cons

It can be pricey. There also isn't a huge amount of storage in less you pay for a package.

It is providing my team a good cloud storage to keep all the daily work secured here and we are using it to store confidential data to be saved for a long time here.

Pros

I have never seen any cloud services as good as Google Cloud, offers a good and safe storage to manage daily work and data. Also, allows us to manage the access to users, specifying who can use it. Gives a smooth experience to users with good interface and pricing as we are only paying for the storage we are using.

Cons

Cons

Great Software For Data Mamagement

Pros

I use Google Cloud on a daily basis. It's one of the easiest softwares for me to store my files and answer emails. There is an app for every feature and it integrates seamlessly into my phone. Most people have a Google account; when I email new people, they are familiar with the software I am using.

Cons

Google Cloud has great integration to my phone. I would say the growth area is having more personalization options.

We consistently use GCP for data management and reporting infrastructure. Support is always a quick call/email away and often if the rep doesn't have the answer, they have the resources available to them to get the answer (no matter how technical).

Pros

GCP has a massive set of products we use on the regular from ML-based, virtual PCs and SQL; they typically have a free-tier you can use to develop on to see if larger deployments will be worth it.

Cons

There's a lot of products/APIs you can leverage and sometimes knowing which one(s) is/are best can be a whole thing in of itself.

Based on my experience as a Google Cloud user, it has been very satisfactory, learning more every day and making my work much more efficient thanks to its robust and scalable infrastructure allowing companies to be at the forefront of technology.

Pros

Google Cloud Platform offers a wide range of benefits that make it an attractive option for businesses of all sizes looking for a secure, scalable, innovative and competitively priced cloud platform. Another key aspect is the commitment to operate sustainably and reduce its environmental impact.

Cons

It is somewhat complex for inexperienced users, as it has a wide range of services and configuration options, costs can increase rapidly if high performance services are used or large amounts of resources are consumed, and companies become dependent on Google's infrastructure and services
