What stands out most is the user-friendly interface, which makes it easy to create, organise and maintain articles. The interface is intuitive and the editor provides almost everything we need to produce well-structured content. I would like to highlight the well-structured onboarding process and customer support for the platform, which makes it very easy to implement and leaves no questions unanswered.

> **Cons**: The main drawback is the licensing model: even if you're only using the platform in one other language than English, you're required to purchase an English license. This feels a bit restrictive and could be more flexible for teams working exclusively in non-English languages.

Document360 manages to be both feature-rich and easy to use, which is a combination you rarely see. The platform is so good, in fact, that we've migrated all of our documentation to it. What I like best about Document360, though, is the team behind it. The Kovai team clearly cares about the customer experience and building the best knowledge base platform out there. They are proactive, respond quickly and clearly when assistance is required, and clearly care about delivering a platform that provides a great customer experience. I'd recommend Document360 to anyone seeking an intuitive, modern knowledge base platform.
