Easy LMS that meets basic needs

Reviewed on 21/02/2018

Pros

The greatest thing about this LMS is it's ease of use. The interface is pretty basic and the reporting and data analysis section is straightforward and displayed in a clean way. Of course, Velsoft's biggest card under the table is their AMAZING content. They have an extensive course marketplace that will really blow any L&D specialist's mind.

Cons

They are still developing the SCORM upload option. The reporting is very limited and doesn't share specific stats that are also valuable to ROI and impact tracking.

Good all-in-one package to get you up and running with online courses

Reviewed on 10/09/2021

It was a good place to start, but we needed more features and capabilities to develop industry-leading online courses.

Pros

I liked the fact that it was an (almost) all-in-one solution: they have courses you can buy and customize, you can author your own courses in their software, you can publish the courses and manage them and the users in the online platform. I just doesn't have the e-commerce or marketing aspect. So it's great for large companies that want to train their internal staff.

Cons

The authoring tools were very limited. We had some glitches in the quiz software and had to pay extra for that. Interactions are non-existent. No e-commerce or marketing components. We also had no way of exporting courses to work with them in other software.
